Wow DD on the downlow, but your plants are looking UP. Dayam what an upgrade my friend. I have such a big reaction because I know where you came from and now I see where you're going and you're making me proud. I gotta humbly say, you've got your pilots licence, the sky has opened up for you.

Now I love the idea of you growing out any males, as much as I love to destroy males (She-Ra cartoon joke), you have fine looking potential possible maybe phenos there, if I'm not mistaken. hahahaha

Your family gets an A+++++ because you're a team. And even if something had gone wrong, you recover as a family and succeed as a family in and outside the garden. Resilience being the name of the game. And that's why you're smashin' it cause you never gave up.

So you likey the Tangie eh, glad you could find a 420 friend. ;)

Plants are often a reflection of who the grower is and you're cultivating ideas as you grow. I see nothing but green in your future.

Thank you all for your kind words. It really helps my confidence and it lets me know that you guys really care. I'm trying my absolute best this time around and all of the advice and comments that I receive from my fellow growers is priceless info.

And to you G2HM, you have been a true inspiration my lady. Lol, I'm flying under the 420 radar atm but I hope to change that with this grow. My family is supportive and I have a great team behind me that's for sure.

It's been 5 weeks from my girls breaking the ground. These girls are getting thirsty and I'm going to have to setup an automated drip system soon. The only problem I'm having with that atm is I don't know if I absolutely need to bubble my nutes before I water. I'm currently top feeding and only shake my jug a bit before watering. They seem to be fine with that so far.

So my question is can I just run a pond pump with a tee that waters and poors water into the res at the same time somewhat bubbling but watering the plants also? Like this: Well, nevermind the fucking app won't let me download a pic. Apparently all pics might need to be postponed till tomorrow morning. Damnit, I was ready and everything
 
DD, I’m a novice on automation. But I know some folks here feed from a rez and use an air stone in the rez to keep things bubbling. I know for me if my nutes sit for a few days, I can sometimes see a film form. I think an air stone would prevent that.

Thanks for the response Dobewan. I'm going to go with an airstone and pump them. I'd rather do this right rather than cutting corners. Funds are tight right now so that will be a purchase I make a little down the road. I have a decent 24/7 timer that will help out immensely. So I guess till then it's hand watering, late nights and a sore back lol.
 
Awesome job DD! Glad you got seeds that aren't giving you any trouble. Told you that was the big issue when you started out, some mad stretching those bagseed had. You look like you're sailing by without breaking a sweat.

Now you're itching that journal itch for me to start one. Got a purple Afghani right behind your girls so I'm following close.

I've pulled up a chair, lit one up, and following along! We have almost a year learning from this forum. Crazy how far we've come.
 
Word up DS. These girls are nice and low and I can see a big difference compared to that shitty bagseed. Update is coming suckers! Lol

She's getting there but still a lil behind so I moved her to Wilmas spot to see if the light has anything to do with it. She is trying to push her lower branches up so I'll continue to lst until then

I can only say that she is the easiest one of the three. She basically made her own tabletop shape after I topped her. Minimal training and a lot love

She is still building her frame but looks very promising with her lowers stretching as I tuck her fans. Sorry this will be short update fam. It's Sunday, football is on and I still have to make a big batch of nutes. Ps: I upped their feeding a bit and they seem to be responding well. I believe the silica at a low level has helped a lot with their progression. They're staying low which is great because that was my intention.

Thank you sir. Coco truly is the shiznit. Lol I will never go back to soil unless it's true organics which isn't user friendly in my apartment complex. DWC or something else that I have no clue about will be next. My wife's gonna kill me...if I do it right.
 
Those plants are really coming along nicely. That tent is gonna be full and smell so good! Nice job DD the practice all year is being put to the test!

Thanks D! That's one thing I'm afraid of is space issues. But this was a bit of an experimental run to see how comfortable I am with running 3 plants and 3 different strains in my small tent. I wish I could upgrade to bigger one but my space in the bedroom is limited atm. We've come along way since last year. Next month will be my one year since I started woot woot.
 
Day 38 quick pic update. Not much going on since yesterday. They're drinking a lot more so I mixed enough nutes to accomodate them for 2 days instead of 1 1/2. My automated system needs to be put into place soon cause this shit is getting old lol. When I opened up the tent today they were praying toward the light which is a sigh of relief. My light is currently at 20". Random pics (too tired to get selfies)
