What is the yellowing on the leaf tips ?

It could be just about anything at this point and like you mentioned it is only on a couple of plants and only some of the leaves. It is now a waiting game to see if more leaves start to show the same or if it spreads over more of the fingers and more leaves.

I watered and top dressed 4 days ago. I did use 5ml/gal of pro cal. It's strange that its only on a couple of the plants.

The yellowing tips will not go away. Going to have to watch and see what happens.

Another question: are these considered flowering? If so how far along do you think ?

Yes, looks like the start of flowers. Also looks like about 5 days since the pistils first started showing.
