Doctor Who's Grow

Since the interview did no go the way I would have liked! I decided to revamp the business and scale it to fit me better, stick with dgital capture security (video suriellance) remaning the dot com to npsdigitalsecurity.com now I have to get it on some servers, google, yahoo search engine's for local services.

Boy! I didn't think things could go so badly, I can see now that seedling through Veg is easy compeared to the flower an bud stage Man!

I hear ya, first grow went smooth as butter but this one has thrown me a couple little curves...helps get over the "only happens to other people" thought pattern lol.

Yeah I am going in the tent today have a look and decide on weather to end their lives.:smokin:

The only thing constant is change my brother. When it's time it's time. Damn I sound like a really bad cliché. If the stress of a rough grow is more than you want to deal with.....cut em down. This is supposed to be fun....a little work, but fun. We are with you. :peace:

I'm not stressing about it's! fun everytime I go in the buds are larger, that alone stops me! I mean on the trainwreck all the big leaves are dead or yellowing and dieing, the la women I don't know same thing! it's more them than me! I feel bad I heart them, I can always grow others yes, but I'm going to the end with them their getting close any way, like I said the smell alone stops me.

Many a football game has been won by backing up and punting!

gives you time to re-think and re-group!

Roseman! what I was thinking of doing is, putting them back into veg 16/8 and bring the nutrients back to the beginning of flower mix, hold them there for a few weeks or when or if they start regenerating new leaf growth, cause the buds to grow a little more and regenerate there leaves more, then if that works out in my favor! bring them back to 12/12 if new growth starts up.

I did read and hear about this process! what do you think.

:smokin:

Do you plan on starting a new grow anytime soon?

I'm prepping for a new grow yes, I want to make some adjustments to the grow room, I was considering trying a recovery process on these plants but that will set anything new back a few weeks! and I'm not sure I want to drag this grow out to much longer.

Yeah thats the reason I was asking...gotta weight the potential benefit of extending it a few weeks with that much time towards a new grow.

I'm sure you'll figure it out tho, it certainty sounds like an interesting technique, I've never seen anything like it!

Technique meaning the process I talked about to bring back green leaves, hell I did read about that right out of the MHM grower's bible, but your right I would be spinning my wheels in the mud to extend this any further than needed, I figure let them go til I get some seedlings sprouting! I would buy a few clones but my budget won't allow for it right now! wish I knew someone local who would be kind enough to give me a few? Right!

I finally got the DIY venting system back up on the lights, and did the temp drop in there, I saw at the least a 4 to 6 degree drop in the temperature from 80's to 75 degrees, somwday day I'll be able to afford the good lighting housings, I figure start getting things set right before I start a new grow.

We still have need to be a little worried! as I read today about a guy in San Bernardino! who was busted for having 12 plants under the state limit of 18 12 in versus states and 6 in flowert! and the DA is just fucking with this guy using what ever in his past also! to hold him with out bail, worst part is his use is totally legit, this guy's life most be upside down! I know it do that to mine and my wifes! why can't they just move on to something that will make a real difference like cartels, coke! ******! I saw a CNN new report where more teens than ever before! are getting hooked on herion, it's more than 60% pure now also! where back in the day (never done it not stupped) they say it was only 3% or 30% percent pure, point is there is where the FED's! State! and who ever else should start and leave the weed alone, people! fuck with people! not the weed (marjiuana).

Medical Marijuana Patient Still In Custody

One should always take a conservative stance when it comes to the law. It seems to me that there must have been some other issues that led to the bust. They should have better things to do than bust someone for 12 plants. However we all know that shit happens. Keep you circle of trust tight my brother. :peace:

From what I read the police where a neighbors house for something unrelated and look over his gate into the back yard and saw the plants so no not everything is he must have bought this on himself.

I copied and pasted it here! read it!

A San Bernardino medical marijuana patient is languishing in county jail as prosecutors pursue charges against him for possessing and cultivating the controversial drug.

Supporters of 51-year-old Don Lawrence say he was a patient at the THCF Medical Clinic in Riverside when police arrested him in October at his home. He had 12 marijuana plants, an amount police said exceeded state guidelines.

Lawrence and his two adult sons were jailed, and they all were released upon posting bail. But Lawrence was taken into custody again Jan. 12 and his bail was increased to $500,000. Prosecutors alleged he had two prior offenses dating back to 1994 and 1987 - the latter occurring more than 22 years ago.

"Twelve lousy plants. What the heck is going on here?" activist Lanny Swerdlow asked during an interview.

Swerdlow is director of the Marijuana Anti-Prohibition Project, an Inland Empire-based medical marijuana patient support group and law reform organization.

Lawrence's family members say he suffers from nerve damage in his back and nephrosis of the kidneys, also called kidney disease. Swerdlow called it "a travesty" that Lawrence remains in custody while the case proceeds.

Lawrence has a bail hearing scheduled April 9 in San Bernardino Superior Court. The defendant is currently represented by conflict-panel lawyer James Gass, but new representation is being sought in San Francisco-based lawyer Zenia Gilg.

"My intention is to make a motion to substitute in, hopefully next week," Gilg said Thursday. She declined to speak specifically about the case because she is not the attorney of record.

Gass could not be reached for comment Thursday.

Gilg has represented clients in other medical marijuana cases in San Bernardino County. Most recently, she represented 66-year-old Richard McCabe, who was arrested with his wife, JoAnn Cates, in August 2007 after deputies found a greenhouse containing 120 marijuana plants in various stages of growth on the couple's property in Johnson Valley.

Prosecutors dropped the marijuana-related charges against McCabe and Cates just prior to a preliminary hearing in March 2009 in Joshua Tree Superior Court.

Elijah Lawrence, the son of Don Lawrence, said his father used to be transported by ambulance to get shots at a local hospital. Since he started using medical marijuana, Lawrence was able to stop getting the shots.

"He does a lot more smiling than he normally does," Elijah Lawrence said. "He seems like he's a happier person. Otherwise, the pain has him grouchy."

A doctor at the THCF Medical Clinic gave the elder Lawrence a recommendation to grow as much marijuana as he medically needed, beyond the state guidelines of six mature or 12 immature plants and 8 ounces of processed marijuana.

"But he still didn't do it, because he was worried about the police," the defendant's son said. "He never went over the limit at all."

Police allege Lawrence had 12 plants and two pounds of marijuana which Swerdlow, who has been following the case, says was allowable under the doctor's recommendation to exceed the limit. Lawrence did not have a state-issued ID card from the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health.

In San Bernardino County, ID cards became available in August through the county Public Health Department, confirmed county spokeswoman Lynne Fischer. Patients can call 800-782-4264 800-782-4264 to set an appointment to fill out the application, which is submitted to the state, she said.

The temporary moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries in the county is still in place through June. County staff have been working to develop appropriate guidelines, Fischer said.

Prosecutors say the issue of medical marijuana has not yet been argued in court in Lawrence's case, and it was not established as a defense at the Jan. 12 preliminary hearing.

"The way it's charged, it's possession for sale of marijuana," said Deputy District Attorney Rosa Clark. "We are prosecuting it as a sales case."

Lawrence has been charged with cultivation and possession of marijuana for sale and maintaining a place for sale of a controlled substance.

"It's our burden to prove these charges beyond a reasonable doubt," Clark said. An offer of a plea bargain was presented to Lawrence at his last hearing, and he has rejected all offers, she said.

Lawrence's family say police told them that they spotted the plants when they looked over a neighbor's gate into a rear yard of their residence.

The defendant was also growing outdoors for two other patients at the time and harvests his crop only once a year.

Lawrence's two sons, Elijah Lawrence, 18, and Sequwan Lawrence, 21, were also arrested at the same time as the defendant, because they were home at the time. The sons remain out of custody on bail and have a trial date set for April 12, according to court records.

Initially, prosecutors did not allege prior offenses in the criminal complaint against Lawrence, Clark said. But they were later alleged, after the preliminary hearing, and Lawrence was taken into custody.

Lawrence was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon, a firearm, in April 1994 in San Bernardino County and robbery in October 1987 in Los Angeles County, according to the complaint.

If the bail hearing does occur at the defendant's next appearance, prosecutors plan to argue against his release or a bail reduction.

They only need for this is to put the person in enough finanical stress long enough to get you to give in to a plea forever locking you in their legal loop.

Yup I read it. Just one of those things and an over zealous cop.

We still have need to be a little worried!

Frankly I am beyond surprised that you are implying there was reason not to be worried. Until this is legalized at the federal level all bets are off imho. Just because you CAN grow it doesn't mean the best approach is to put it out in plain view. Question is why was the cop looking OVER the gate if his residence was not the one they responded to? The article never mentions the cop smelling anything only that he looked over the gate and saw the plants. What kind of fence? See through like chain link or solid like a good privacy fence? How tall?

Good point, hope it gets thrown out due to lack of probable cause!
