Doc Bud's High Brix Q&A With Pictures

This is very cool doc, I was wondering how to get a kit. I joined the forum because of this thread. I'm only to page 120 so far but I would definitely like to try the kit.

He'll send you a PM soon, with info from there - find your Personal Messages here, and keep checking. :cheesygrinsmiley:

I believe Doc assumes only about half the water will end up in the pot. Therefore he recommends the mix be twice as strong. My plants get dunked in containers that leave almost nothing behind so I don't double up on the strength in the original instructions.

Same. When I dunk a 1gal pot in a bucket most of the water gets wicked up. I would have to use a bucket a little wider to have a lot of water left over. I dunk with the regular amount, not twice as strong.

Thank you, I was actually trying to find hi brix for tomatoes. This thread is pretty amazing for high brix compared to anything inelse I found on google. Everyone's flowers I have seen are very pretty. Seems to be a very helpful community with in this thread and that is awesome. Has anyone tried large container heirloom tomatoes outdoors with the kit? Thank you everyone for the knowledge I picked up so far.

This last summer I grew in a 5x3 bed all high brix. Best tomatoes I have ever tasted and unbelievable production all summer long. Do it!

HH, just answered in Doc's Lab.. ..
smaller pots need more frequent feedings; foliars same schedule with slightly less concentration..I use DeStress weekly too to help.

EDIT: also adding some extra EWC 1-2 weeks into bloom may help keep energy up.
sorry..trying my new bubblers and pipes.

Got tails on 3 OPPs!!! Cursofourtwenty Genetics. Hahaha!!!!

The last ones I saw were like beasts! - nasty ol' fat greasy colas. The big guy made one helluva strain.

Ok Doc, I see everyone elses HiBrix plants in here and now I can proudly show my own.

Only 50 days old from the day they popped up from soil on 10-16.!!!!!

Already 10% amber and nearing their end here is some Pineapple Express and Bloody Skunk Hi Brix buds. Very rock hard sticky stuff.

Looks very nice! I'm super excited to try this out. Does anyone know of threads as informative as this one that are geared towards high brix tomatoes or any other produce? I don't want to be interrupting the cannabis flow. I'm just excited to have a chance at a healthy tasty piece of produce and want to spread the word to my family. This will allow me to have an example to show them and for that, Thank you very much Doc! Thank you to everyone else for convincing me with your examples. To try and express my appreciation for what you all have done would take to many words.
It's a dang shame that cannabis is still illegal in most of the U.S. Because without you, I would still be experimenting my way to high brix foods. I imagine next year I will have found it because of YOU, instead of 10 years from now if at all.
1) what size container for an outdoor tomato plant 30 gal, 60, bigger?
2) and could I pull off an indeterminate in said container?
It will be heirloom for sure. You guys are awesome.
