Doc Bud's High Brix Q&A With Pictures

Yeah duggan, where is it?

Doc

I'm leaning towards one photo in a fifteen gallon. Or, six autos in five gallon pots. Both options are smart pots. Reason being is the timing of it, and I have seven photos right now, I think logistically I'm hitting my limits. So, I'm looking for your thoughts.

Thank you!

Sounds good. I'd rather you used larger pots for the six.....but it's good.

Like seven gallon? I have them,, maybe four fabric, two plastic. I really want to do a photo. I also don't want to bite off more than I can chew.... Thanks for your time

There's something about Spring in the air that has us all trying to overreach MassMedMan. :laughtwo::green_heart:

Any new directions coming up that include the og drench Doc? Ive read from a few journals how it gets used but like I told you before, im just following directions. I dont feel the need to play with perfection :)
Thanks bro :)

Ive used 7s and 10s...both produced wonderful plants. Im using 7s now due to room restrictions. Once I have an established grow area ill use 10s exclusively :)

Can i rescue my buds? Mold on semidry buds
Hi 420.

Is it possible to rescue all the buds? I forgot to open jars while curing, so now nearly all whats in the jars are having spots with mold. can i rinse somehow and dry again?

Ty.

Doc, I've brought this question over from another thread, cause id of thrown it away now...ten years earlier and different story, lol... I'm not sure of answer.. Make concentrates from it? H2o2 diluted quick wash? Thanks in advance

Also doc on different subject, do you have any Aussie customers? Do you know what soil they are using with your kit? Thanks, peace...

What happens if the soil mix is too wet while cooking? I'm afraid to add more water but I might not have got it wet enough.

I originally went with 4 gallons of water in my mix. It seemed too dry. I ended up adding at least another gallon - probably two. That's when it started to "cook" for me. It should hold together (barely) when squeezed, but break apart very easily. If you can wring any water out of it, of it sticks together, you went too far with the water. In that case I'd leave it uncovered and mix it occasionally until it has the correct moisture level.
BTW, I'm not Doc. :thedoubletake: :cheesygrinsmiley:

I used 7 gallons all together. 3 1/2 each 30 gallon can. I have had organic mixes get fuzz even if i didn't wet it. Might have to do with it being a different container than i am use to. I have always gotten moisture on lid or the sides. I just worry too much. I'm sure its still doing it's thing.

I mixed mine with 3 gallons of water...let it set for a month and didnt look at it period. Im on my 3rd run (my soils well over a year old) with said soil and my brix is 13/14 (last check). Mix it and let it be!!! The whole thing with this soil and Docs kit is its worry free!!! Dont sweat it! Itll still produce wonderful herb dude! 3 gal, 5 gal...cool! Dont add any more and youll be fine
