DIY COB help

Xobe, It's like a constant argument with you. You keep insisting on this mixed light myth. There's 11% less red on the 4000k and 43% more blue. It's a light that does both. These aren't HPS lights.

I still rather have 3000k more red mixed with 4000k more blue for over all grow and yes a little green in there will not hurt which the 4000k will give.

But again, each to their own.

Says the guy with zero builds and zero Grow journals. Not trying to be an a-hole but you keep interjecting your wisdom into people's builds (mine, fanleaf's, Seymour's and now this post) while having never completed or grown with your own build.
Buy the 3000k chips, do a Grow and show. It's really that simple. If you can beat fanleaf's buds I'll eat my words.

Soon my friend and i will post when ever and where ever my opinion as this is a free world.

Now to the OP go do some google research on the spectrum i mentioned and then you will see thst Blue/Red is best over all no matter of LED, COB, HPS or jimmyjames's backyard potting lights to see in the dark.

Go with whatever lights you want to OP just remember red/blue is best.
