Okay @dick23rk
Let's start out with a nutrient chart so you can see what I am talking about. There are many ph charts, so we will use this one for the time being. The recommended ph range is normally around 5.8 to 6.3 for cannabis. Notice the nutrient uptake for your ph. I know you said it is buffer, but it is buffer to low for nutrient uptake which I believe is causing many of your problems.
I would start by doing a flush for about 30 minutes in 200ppm's of cal-mag. then when you make a new batch of solution ph it to 6.1
Also, a floral spray would cause a direct intake of magnesium. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of Epson Salt to a gallon of water (ph to about 6.3) and spray just before light go off. Do this for about a week an see what happens.
After a week of this we well she if she needs anything else.
Hope this helps,
I know one of your first questions is why are my roots snow white, isn't that a sign of a health plant and the answer is yes. I believe you are pulling a small amount nutrient out of the water even at the low ph, and right now that is the only answer I have for the roots. Think about doing what I mentioned for a week or two and I think you will see a great improvement.
Give that ph a bump to about 6.1 even if you don't flush.
Stay safe, and grow well my friend,
Tok..
