Thanks for the info Shed. I'll probably do about 4 then this weekend so I can see if they take before I flipI don't know Derby, his clones don't look 5 nodes tall even though that's what he wrote. You have enough stretch in those branches to take a few with two nodes below the puck and see what happens. Don't forget that after you flip you can monstercrop (cutting clones about 2 weeks after flip) which makes for really bushy plants with many more branches than clones cut in veg. My AK-47 is a monster crop and it's crazy.
Just an idea.
The cages help keep things together and give me unlimited places to pull my training down to. I can start by pulling something down a little on one day and if I want to pull it further in a few days I can take it down about 3/4" or can pull it side to side to help open more bud sites. If I want to open things up more I can take my mounting point up toward the top of the plant and pull it further down the pot and not put as much pressure on the main stems. I used to use safety pins but it was just a single point I would have to move if I wanted to do the same. Hope this makes sense of not I can further elaborateJesus.... Are you trying to land planes with those lights? lol Nicely done but I have to ask what's the purpose of the cages? Sorry if you covered it earlier and I missed it.
Just some cage wire I had laying around not using. With them I have unlimited places to pull my training towards. Nice to have with fabric potsThose cages are totally medieval!
