So the other night while burping the turkey bag of BSa I notice the bag was rather full compared to other product that I've dried in them. Much fuller than my one WW that finished at 8.8 oz's. So got the scales out to do a finish weight now that things are sitting at 62% rh. To my surprise in a good way I ended up with 318 grams or 11.2 oz. Much better than I originally thought I would end up with. And after burping the bag the whole house smells like fuel for hours. Not something the wife likes but I do.

That was when they stalled out but then Penny came to the rescue with the lower rh and pulled me thru. I went back over my early numbers and pictures and I think when I was chopping thing 1 I forgot to weigh a pan of spears. That doesn't help the numbers much.
I still knew you’d pull it out Derbs
This BSA is winner in my books and that is the opposite of what my review was at the beginning. That smell though

Till mid October. Going on vacation for 2 weeks to the Outer Banks NC. Hopefully coming back to a new job but definitely not coming back to the one I have now. 21 working days left.

.Mine smells really nice but that must be the price of a tiny harvest
. Coffee or something like that when I burp them. Still a bit green when you actually stick your nose in though. Going to jar them for good this weekend.
