Thats me with tequila.....can't drink it. Last time I drank it was October 1993. Started the night in Orange County California and ended up waking up in Ensenada (sp?) Mexico. Even just smelling it to this day makes me gag.

Tequila is my go to lol just isn't really a social drink. I can't do certain flavored vodka without dying though.

I’ll second that roasting bag method. It’s the only way I’ll start the cure from now on (besides fridge cure) So easy to manage!

Im considering trying them out and getting some for summer harvest all depends how yield turns out I guess might be back here ask another million annoyimg questions lol

Dry the way you want then into the turkey bags instead of jars for cure. Once cured then put into jars for storage.

So I took down thing #1 earlier today. Didn't get the numbers I was hoping but I'm happy. Although this girl looked much bigger than her sister thing #2, the weights were very similar. Here's some pictures of thing #1 before chop.
