Kid, I live in a steel city, have been all my life, the rainwater isn't for drinking, it's for the plants silly, FREE WATER from mother nature, it doesn't need to be checked for ph inbalances, my dogs prefer it way over our tap water, even after it's sat for hours to disapate the chlorine. You don't want to give your plants water straight from the tap, you need to let it sit at least a couple of hours, no cap on, one day is better. This is water I do to keep my growing costs down and my husband shut up, oh oh, here he comes.Aunt grace

I am sure we will advise when it would be safe for you plants to start LST. You definitely need to fix the light issue fast as you are playing with flowering from seed at this point as you are close to running 12/12 from seed. This will could hurt your possible yield.

They're getting sunlight and moon light. It's about 13hrs light - 11hrs dark. I ordered the lights, I hope they come in soon, and I'm also gonna transplant them soon. So I will be burying the stem by a few inches probably.

I did just check my clones and B2 has a healthy amount baby roots showing out of the net pot. That's 2/3 so far. The 3rd is still hanging in there and looking like it's trying.

I've been thinking about trying to make wine, but oh course the first thing out of hubby's mouth will be "NO", I'll have to wait till he goes to surgery to try it. Shhh.../grace

The mirror wil create alot of heat, heat that'll you'll have to deal with, they soak up the heat of the lights, your room would be difficult to keep heat controllable, not to mention the expense of electricity used to keep temps down. Just my 2 cents/grace

Guys, you are so smart. My gf has 4 toats full of clothes in the back room. There is also a $H177Y house light. Sylvania 45W Indoor. (LMAO)

Now your thinking! Look around. You'll be amazed at what 'alternate' uses you can come up with for things.

For instance, in my veggie garden I have old window security bars set up like trellis to tie peppers, sugar snap peas and other stuff to. And it doesn't look half bad either.

Excellent, I told you there's all kindsof things you can use already in your own house, also ask friends and family if you can look in their basements or garages, attics, check out garage sales, they're full of things you can utilizze. Get a box and place your plants on top of it to get that light up closer to the light, check with your hand if it's too hot, you can even use books, something stable/Here's a pic of my free rainwater from Mother Nature, ph perfect, so no testing. You do know about tap water having to set out a day right?/grace

Those bottles I get from my mother in law who drinks lots of juices, she's 89 and thriving, the tray to carry them in I also use to place my plants in to catch water or to place upside down and bring up closer to the lights. I purchased 4 of those trays at an estate sale for $2.00, that's 50 cents each. If you can try to locate some estate sales, because they get rid of everything including basement garage and shed items which can be used in your expanding grow room./grace

Here is pic from back in march when I was just putting it together. I got the bars from my sister and brother-in-law. They decided after buying their house that those would simply mean you burn to death because you can't get out. Anyone who gets in will be shot, so they didn't need them. FREE!!

Now that's what I'm talking about, it's a thing of beauty, it was free, it is classic and orginal, makes your garden look beautiful, plus you saved it from the smelthing pot/and Kid, you're learning fast, your grow room has just been created. now, something I learned after you get your set up done: It's a project in progress, your grow room will change and have to be dismantled, moved around and grow, just like the plant, as the plant gets larger, the room will be adjusted to provided what it needs at that point in it's grow, you will become the Constant Gardner, which I like to think myself as, you'll grow right along with your plant and room.grace:goodjob:Where's the Bong?

This is just a temp "grow room" till the stuff I ordered Gets in. :)

I got the Grabber SPACE brand Emergency blanket3' x 7' (x's 7) (Silver/Silver)
The HydroFarm 2ft Jump Start Grow Light System (Includes Jump Start fluorescent light fixture, fixture stand and 2 T5 high-output bulbs)
And Some 5/16" Thumb Tacks (to hold up the emercency blankets..)

Total(+tax, +S&H): $97.36
