Dennise - No Longer The Newest Of Newbies - Not Growing In MG - Perpetual

For your watering give your large plants in flower 0.75 teaspoons per gallon of Grow Big, 2.25 teaspoons per gallon of Big Bloom, 1.25 teaspoon per gallon of Tiger Bloom and 1 teaspoon per gallon of molasses.
Give your plants in vegetative growth 1 teaspoon of Grow Big per gallon, 3 teaspoons of Big Bloom per gallon and 1 teaspoon of molasses per gallon.

Remember to always shake your nutrients before use. Watch your plants carefully for nutrient burn.

:welcome: Cas Grow......... Well I guess it depends on which grow area you are talking about... The girls in the closet are in about a 2 1/2' x 4' space. I started with 16/8 hours on/off and cfl's and LED light bulbs during veg then when I was getting ready to switch 12/12 my fella' got me a TopLed 96x3w panel. Those are just bag seeds and have been in dirt since 11-1-13 and were flipped to flower on the 10th of Dec which makes it 4 weeks and 4 days in flower. Then there are the cabinet babies. That space is divided in 2 and each side is 18" x 12". Currently it is veg'ing 1 ea of Sugar Black Rose, Afghan kush x White widow and Northern Lights x big bud under cheapo veg panels and LED light bulbs. I am currently waiting on 2 more TopLed panels 48x3w (they will be here Monday) to use in that cabinet. I don't know if I will flower with that cabinet or not. I am doing somethings different with these girls and am hoping they will be to big to flower in the cabinet and the closet should be free in about a month or so and I plan to let them veg at least that much longer. Then there is the Clone family box. It is 3' x 1 1/2' and I use it for clones and seedlings. It has cfl's 23w 6500k 1450 lumens. You want to veg with 6500k and flower with 2700k if you are going to use cfl's. What magnification is the jewelers loupe that you are using to take the photographs of the pistils with? You need a 30x jewelers loupe to see the trichomes and judge when to harvest. Most people harvest from 5%-30% amber trichomes. Harvest at 5%-15% amber trichomes for a "head high" energetic effect and harvest at 30%-50% amber trichomes for a "body stone" sedative effect strain dependent.

I have a 40x King I just suck taking the pics. :straightface: I swear I see them when I look thru the loupe a whole lot better than they come across in pics. I'm thinking about getting.... well I can't remember who's it was (I think they won it) but I think Pinkygreen got one too and there is a link to it somewhere anyhow it has a 5' USB cord and is like a microscope thingy but I think as shakey as I am it may work better and now I think I will just go look and order it.:hmmm: I actually tried to only post the couple you could see sparkle in the pics but it is no where near ready I don't think. All 3 are still pushing pistols even. Especially since giving them the nutes they are popping new buds everywhere.......:yahoo: Am I missing something?????? :thedoubletake::thedoubletake:
 
Your plants are looking good. I purchased a 25X-200X Magnifier USB Digital Microscope Video Camera from link-delight on eBay so I may take close up photographs of the trichomes on my buds, I am unsure if my hand will be steady enough to take photographs of my plants with it.

Ohhhhh :thedoubletake: If you can't hold it still I know I won't be able to. I've seen your videos and you don't shake and I do know the loupe I have is a super cheapo so I am going to follow the link you provided and try that one.........:thanks:
 
You should see the weird ass thing I got for checking trich's, it was with a junior science magazine and is a 30x adjustable kind of Sight/Mini telescope thing lol. It took me for ever to work out. Can't be used with my camera either! :(

Actually this makes me calmer than anything has in many years. I have a loupe but I shake to much to hold it and get a decent pic thru it. It's not like I have the tremors or anything like that. I just don't have a steady hand. You would not want me doing your surgery..:cheesygrinsmiley::cheesygrinsmiley: but I did order that one thinking with the stand that perhaps I could get lovely pics of lovely things....... Wow brownies are kicking in:eyebrowsmile::eyebrowsmile:
 
Cool edibles :) I've got a MB machine (thanks to our great sponsors), yet as Gert died early (My Tutt) She wasn't up to butter really. Well after cure she kicked my ass . Anyway not enough spare that result. So soon off my flux, I will be trying my machine out and proper edibles for first time :)
 
My guy just left bringing me the ingredients for another lb of butter. Will be so glad when I can make butter without my guy having to come by cause it really makes for an expensive lb of butter but I so like cannabrownies and they keep me calm and I sleep like a baby........:circle-of-love: You will love the machine. I'm sure you know I got one for Christmas and it makes life so much easier and I guess I have to be honest and say it is probably better than mine was too. I even used the smash in the last batch of brownies (ones I'm eating now) and they are probably the best I have ever had..........:yahoo:
 
Aw, I cant wait to try it! Its so great, the second one I won, I should be able to afford the postage fee soon :). I'll then be sending it on to my mom. She has MS and other stuff so will love the machine. The other one I've gifted to someone on here :)
