Hi guys nd gals I know this maj not be the right thread but!!!!

I am currently running 6 x 1200 lumens cfl in a bar fridge, now I have heard a few things about using just Christmas led light stings,
And I have heard that they are crap for use n their own too few with but I was thinking of just lining my walls in the LEDs for a little extra,

Ideas or thoughts would be appreciated cheers.

I really have no idea but I will see if I can find someone to help you........

Thanks Canna but now there are only 3 girls. I knew that one was male when I saw it but there was another one that I was not sure of until this morning so he got yanked too. I think I caught them before they messed around with my girls......... and guess I will mark it up to lesson learned. I thought when they showed their sex with the preflowers that meant they were female. My bad..... to be honest 3 is what I had in my head from the beginning and that is what I had planned for the closet so they fit a lot better and the 3 girls that are left are getting much better light saturation. If I had known they were going to be males I probably would have transplanted the 3 girls one more time but didn't have the space with 5 of them but hind sight is 20/20........

1/2 teaspoon Grow Big, 1 teaspoon Big Bloom and 1 teaspoon molasses for the next watering, I want to make sure your plants have enough nitrogen to flower. this is still a light nutrient dosage. after this next watering you will transition your nutrients to a flowering dosage. you will have to let me know when you need to water and we will increase the amount of flowering nutrients fed to your plants. as your plants grow the roots can intake higher dosages of nutrients and we are slowly increasing the amount being fed. the leaves that your plants have lost are normal, with either diminishing light received and/or low amounts of nutrients the plant will shed lower leaves that do not contribute to the plant.

Hi King I have taken 2 males out of the closet leaving just 3 ladies. I watered them this morning (they didn't need it till now) with what you recommended here.... I am getting ready to post some pics so we will have something to compare them to tomorrow... thanks again for all your help

Thanks Pinky I got over it pretty quickly as 3 was my original plan but with bag seed I just didn't know. I wish I had understood that preflowers don't mean sex. Had I known I would have repotted 1 more time but don't want to do it now as I am afraid it will stress them to much and they are already in flower...... The next group to come up is the medical seed babies (the group grow) so I will know exactly what I am working with and hopefully there won't be as many surprises. This is the reason I started with the bag seed instead of the medical seeds............

The great thing about growing, is that we can keep adding girls when needed! I have 2 bagseed plants that I am waiting to sex. It makes me so nervous every time I say good morning and search for clues! I've got another hour before I can disturb them... so I wait... LOL!

Here's today's update on all the babies. The closet babies 3 and the group babies in a box and the runt (they are female seeds) and the clone family 5 (which 2 are obviously males but I don't know which ones!!) The closet was watered this morning with 1/2 tsp grow big and 1 tsp big bloom and 1 tsp blackstrap per gallon. They drank 2 gallons total.........

Dag Lady Dee, You're taking it pretty well. When I first got started & found a male it took me at least a week to get over it. But it was one out of my only two plants & I ended up eating him in salads & on top of Pizza. LOL

When my fella is home I don't freak about anything like I do when he is gone......... Actually 3 was my goal and I am finding some calm in the fact there is only 3 to deal with. The closet fits them much better and they are really getting better light penetration.... Now if anything else happens I can assure you I will go over the top!!!! Have you checked out the group babies? I think they look amazing (and I know they are girls). The cabinet should be done today and they will be put in their new home... Yeah!!

the males you discovered that did have pre flowers are most likely hermaphrodites, I would kill them. the soil mixture you have your second set of plants in will have enough nutrients for your plants for several weeks, when you notice the colour of the leaves yellowing near the bottom begin feeding the plants a 1/4 strength nutrient mixture and increase it by 1/4 strength every 2 waterings.

Oh man it is amazing!! It is a TopLed 98x3w. They have them in stock in the USA so they won't charge you shipping and they are something like $189 I think. Any how they are under $200 and it fits the closet almost perfect and my babies love it!!!
