OOoo, I see butta, cookies, brownies, mmmmm. My butta is not that strong. OR, maybe I didn't eat enough of it. When I do my harvest this summer I am going to use real bud for butter. I love to smoke, but it's killing my throat. And you know how little I smoke.

Did you wash the buds?

Gratz Dennise on the Haul :circle-of-love:
:thanks: Cronic..:circle-of-love:
Congrats on a nice harvest!

Mmmmm gumby hash. Lol I turn all my trim into gumby hash

I wish I knew how do do that. My one attempt at making bubble hash failed miserably and I hate the thought of wasting all my trim again. Especially this time cause I got some awesome trim off these last girls and it will make some really good butter....:circle-of-love:

I can give you a few tips on what I did. I made over a half lb of gumby hash since I started making it last year. After I figured out what not to do lol I have a soild method that works 100% of the time.
I dont use bubble bags. I got 4 different sets of bags and the yield from them compared to the method I use is like night and day.

Its far from my method lol I just found it googleing the net and just adapted it to materials I had laying around. And it comes out beautiful!

I can share if your interested.

Yes, please! I would love to hear how you do it. Can't imagine Dee wouldn't want to hear it too. That is some nice lump of hash! Wow.

Materials needed:
1 5 gallon bucket
1 15-20 gallon garbage can ( or if you are just doing one batch a second 5 gallon bucket will be fine)
A large glass or maison jar something flat bottom, tall, glass and about a half a gallon.
Flat dinner plate or pirex pie plate. Again flat bottom as possible.
Some silk screen. Craft store
A hand mixer for baking, or a drill with a paint mixer bit. I prefer the baking hand mixer.
This is a key part. Clean ice, I can't stress this enough. I freeze 2 blocks per batch. Roughly 5 lbs of ice
Some 1/8th inch airline tubing. 4 feet or so to be safe
Some good sugar leaf.

Before ya get started make sure your blocks of ice are fully frozen and your trim has been in the freezer for at least 24 hours.

Step 1. Put blocks of ice in bucket and fill 3/4 with good clean water. Beat the blocks of ice up with a big knife so there in smaller chunks.

Step 2. The amount of trim to add is up to you. I try to do small batches at a time so I don't loose as much tricombs. About 100 grams wet so about what you got in trim now. Loosen up the frozen trim fresh out the freezer and put it in the bucket.

Step 3. Mix it all with the mixer for 25 min.... After 5 min you will see golden green foam. This is gooood :) you will need to stop a few times to clean the mixer. Gets cloged easily.

Step 4 take the silk screen u got and attach it to the top of the second bucket. Now with your hands get all the ice and plant matter out you can and put it on the silk screen. Take a bit of fresh water and rinse over it to wash any left over tricorns off, then squeeze the shit out of it. Getting all the tricomb filled water. You can now discard the wet mash or dry it for cooking. I still make butter out of my leftovers.
Now pour what's left in the mixing bucket through the silk screen slowly filtering out all the plant material.

Step 5. Now you have a bucket of brownish green water. Let this sit for 4-6 hours.

Step 6. Attach a stick to the end of the airline tubing. Making the stick, go further then the airline tubing 3/4 of an inch. I use duct tape.
Siphon the water out the bucket down to 3/4 of an inch from the bottom. Swish it around and quickly dump it into the glass maison jar. You can use a cup of water to help rinse the tricomb that are left in the bucket into the jar.

Step 7. Let the jar sit for another 2-3 hours. Now yoiu can see the layer of tricombs in the bottom of the jar. Use the airline tubing to siphon off the rest of the water and pour the milky brownish soup onto the pirex plate. Place the plate on a flat suffice, in a warm area to dry it. For the first bit I take some paper towel to sop up some excess water.

Usually takes a day or 2 to dry. My Furness room is about 120f so it drys in there fast. When its dry. Scrape it up with a knife and press it into hash!

Sorry for spelling mistakes, bad grammar and all in all long winded post. If u got any questions feel free to ask. Or if I was unclear I can take pics. I'm doing a batch up soon.

Cheers
