Dennise - No Longer The Newest Of Newbies - Not Growing In MG - Perpetual

Actually I think it is here and doing a fine job....:thanks:.... The weather has been so perfect and this is the first spring in 4 years I haven't been in the hospital so all of my gardens are getting ripped out and planted and all the back yard so I can stealthily grow the rest of the summer.. It's about to kick this old woman's azz...:tokin:. Hope things are well on your side of the earth....:circle-of-love:

Oh and it has only just begun. I haven't been able to do all this stuff in so long. I have honestly started eating a certain amount of cannabis per day and I have cut my meds in half except my insulin and I don't hurt near as much and the muscle spasms are almost nonexistent right now. It's amazing. I have spent more time working in my yard in the last 2 weeks than I have in the last 4 years........:yahoo:....:circle-of-love:

That is so true! Last year after 4 years of no gardening I HAD to hire someone to come pull the weeds. It was so out of control and Mark wasn't sure enough about good or bad plants to do the big weeding. This year, I'm out there, planting, growing, and yes, weeding! It feels good to walk around in the evening and see what is growing and how.

My pot plants great twice as big since I put them outside. The ones in the ground already grew several inches since going into the soil. My two fluxed plants in containers have one more transplant to look forward to in about a month then on to grow out. I already have signs of leaf miners in a few of the plants, but it is so early the plants still have to develop their immune system.

Yesterday I sprayed everything with compost tea.

I am so happy your pain and spasms have subsided. That is such good news to hear. You deserve a break.

I'm so pleased to hear that Dennise.

That's amazing, enjoy your new found adventures.

Luv and best wishes.

:thanks:... Brassic....:circle-of-love:
Glad to hear that D :passitleft:. Looks like spring fever is running high in your yard! Looking forward to seeing your outdoor-green thumb in action!

I'd bet that you'll be growing some tree-sized girls outside this season, I'd like to see up on a ladder tending another monster:cheertwo:
On my way out there as soon as I roll one to start ripping out another on and planting it up. I got some little orange flowers that the caterpillars and other insects don't like and I'm going to plant them in the corners of all the beds to try and fend off the leaf eaters.....:circle-of-love:
It is good to read that you are enjoying your improved health!
:thanks: King... I actually haven't felt this good in years. I knew it would work to a point but this is amazing. I'm a bit sore cause I haven't done anything in years but I would think that is normal but the constant pain when I just move is gone. I feel so good...:yahoo:....:circle-of-love:
oh man BAR:high-five: took the words right out of my mouth! great looking yard, great jack russe:bravo:l, great plants and that big tree? that looks like a famous painting , or it could be! very nice posts today Dennise,:high-five:

I'm glad BB answered that wire thing wi tha plant in it, lol. I wasn;t quite sure what to say, lol.
Are you talking about my tree in the front yard? Actually there are 2 of them but I think you are talking about the pic of OG Kush out the kitchen window? I have painted those trees so many times. I have a couple of them hung on the wall. If you have seen any art hanging on my walls in my pics most likely I did them....
Hey what's wrong with my scrog????...:cheesygrinsmiley::cheesygrinsmiley:....:circle-of-love:
High Dennise hope you had a Great day :circle-of-love:
:passitleft:... I had a wonderful day and today is going to be even better. I hope you have a most blessed day my friend.....:circle-of-love:
high Dennise, it is so nice to see you get better with MJ, many people should have the knowledge to help themselves with plants.
the hard thing to get for most people is knowledge.
very happy your are better now.:thumb:
I've been smoking for over 40 years and I only recently found the info on how well it can and does work... And it really is working... This is awesome....:goof:....:circle-of-love:

I feel great. I was wondering where you had gotten off to. didn't see ya yesterday. Things are looking green in your garden and I am only going to try and be very humble in trying to emulate your back yard with a southern kick...... and no pool or snakes..lol....:circle-of-love:

I am just in a quiet mood. Nothing wrong. I get this way sometimes. And in case, you know I happen to live in the south! Hahahaha. What are you going to grow in your gardens? I suggest tons of echinacea because it flowers all summer and comes back every year. I planted about 30 plants of that from seed this year. Also poppies, Oriental poppies. I just use the for poppy seeds on my breads when I bake in winter.

I have Brandywine tomato plants hoping for some tomatoes. I can't get those to grow well. Too hot, too fast.

So here I am. Me and my little parrot who I call, Little Greenie. Actually, she has a big beak being a Macaw. Birds don't have teeth of course, but she still has a MAFIA name; Mika Two Tooth. Her upper and lower mandible (beak) are her two teeth. Never mind! hahaha.
We went to the library today. The kids love when they see her in her little napsack special carrier. We stopped in Walmart too.

Have a beautiful day gardening sweetheart!

Happy Gardening Dennise and GF. I am about three weeks behind you guys weather wise and can't wait to plant outside (only veggies cause of the enemy territory location and all). Regarding the snake thing, you can buy a product I think called snake away that repels them safely and humanly (keeps them out of the garden). I haven't tried it yet, but this is the year. Maybe someone else has used the stuff. :thumb:

I've tried it and didn't see snakes any more, but I have no idea if that is why I didn't see the snake any more at my front door. It was only a rat snake, anyway. It's very rare to see a poisonous snake around here. They definitely exist, but not as many as you would think. Lots of habitat loss, sadly. If you see poisonous snakes anywhere, it means their habitat has been destroyed. That much I can assure you. And I have no idea why I am not petrified of them. Put a grasshopper anywhere near me and I literally FREAK THE EFF OUT.

High Denise

So I came in cause I was frying... I am very blonde and fair skinned.... and I was bored and I really didn't have any girls to mess with unless I chop the AKxWW which I probably will in a bit. She is 76 days in bloom now and ambers are certainly at 30% but I wasn't ready to do that either so I pinched the top off the baby AKxWW fluxer... Now if I did it correctly or to soon or any of many other if's I do now know but here she is.... Let me know if I messed up to bad.....:circle-of-love:

HHhahahaha, I just tried to reply, but the stupit thing wouldn't let me.

I said, Oooo, a baby flux! Beautiful.

And Dee, echinacea IS a perennial! Perennials come back every year, annuals live one season, make seeds and finish.
I love lots of ornamental grasses too. I like the way they look in the wind and when everything dies in summer heat they flourish.

I would love to grow outside, but since I live with my parents they will rip the plant out of the ground and throw it under the deck if they see it. I do have some sprouts getting ready to go outside though: 3 beefsteak tomato plants and 3 cherry tomato plants. I will probably also get a jalapeno sprout, a strawberry sprout, and plant basil, dill, and maybe cilantro since my parents like it.
