I had the audacity to go the Game 6 World Series at Shea Stadium. The game the nut parachuted onto the pitchers mound.
Since my hatred for the Mets is so intense (haha) I wore all my Yankee gear, jacket, scarf, yadda...AND a Boston Red Sox hat! Sacrilege, but I told everyone around me that someone had to lose and I wanted it to be the Mets.

I've only seen the Yankees once, at Fenway. Despite end of the season rankings problems, the Red Sox and fans really turned up the heat for a back and forth victory over the city that thinks it's an empire.

The Football team but we acquired another and went on to win a Superbowl. Since then it's been downhill but football in St. Louis is NOTHING compared to baseball. I've been hoping for a Yankee vs. Cardinal world series since I was a kid, it's come close a couple of times. St. Louis Cardinals hold the second most number of world championships and the only reason N.Y. has more is because they have a lot more money to spend on players but for a Cow-Town team like us simple folk in the middle of the country, to have that many world series titles shows the commitment to excellence we produce.

The only baseball I watch is the little guys series once a year. Those kids have more heart than any adult player ever....

Great point Denise. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind explaining how to put signature below a new thread and make it link back to your journal when you click it. You know what mean? Sorry, if this is an inconvenience, I understand and I'll ask someone else. I can't remember how I did the signature in the first place, again, I'm sorry if its too much trouble. Oh also, the Wild Thai medium has what look like little balls, does the promix do that? Is that a really stupid question? Curious about seeing those in other mediums and wondered what it was?

Hi Chin... I will get Broke Ass to let you know about the signature.. I can't remember how to do it but it is never toooo much toruble. Yes the little white balls are either perilite or vermiculite and they help with hold moisture and drainage.
I know you go to your user cp then settings then edit signature and I can do it but I don't know how to tell ya to do it. Let me get Broke Ass... BRB.....
