DdGreenThumb's Indoor Medium Candy Cream Grow Journal, 2018

Update on Winnie:
After spending the first part of the day looking very droopy and sad...

I'm pleased to say that Winnie has perked back up and looks much better now. The lower leaves were lost, but they were next to go when she gets her next haircut anyway so I'll cut my losses and count my blessings lol.
It's good to see my girl looking healthy again!

Update on the autos:

Unfortunately I was pressed for time while getting the autos set up and didn't get to take pictures like I wanted to. I managed to snap one of the root development.

Those plants look perfect my friend! Baki looks like she'll have some nice tight growth :)
Thank you! I really appreciate hearing that. I feel so out of my league sometimes, but I'm loving the learning process.

To be honest with you I do to. For me it's all about the learning process :)
I think that's why we ended up vibing so well. Lol, but if I have to be realistic, I haven't even made it to my first harvest!
Fortunately I'm a knowledge junkie and like a challenge.

And somewhat applicable: Willow has started having some of her pistils turning orange already!

Excellent. First harvest feels strange. I remember having mixed feelings about harvesting my first plants. It felt so wrong chopping them down but at the same time felt amazing that I was about to smoke my first ever buds that I didn't buy on the street. Let's just say that I never went back. Willow is going to be great :)

Update Time!

So... I've been COMPLETELY consumed by work lately and have not had the opportunity to update my journal. This update is going to encompass everything of note that had occurred since my last update.

Willow:
Willow, the ol' gal is just-a-flowering away! I really got up close and checked her bud development out and she's stacking up nicely. About 5-7% of her pistils have turned orange at this point I've got some extra light on her sides to make sure all the bud sights flourish since she's such a small plant. Just going based off of my observations, she looks like harvest time will be a breeze.

Winnie:
Winnie is showing me that she needs to be transferred to a bigger pot asap. She is drinking up the water I give her very quickly and isn't liking being low on water so often. Other than that, she is still growing very well. Her main stalk is like a tree trunk now, I just have to keep her spread contained. She has had minor trimmings of some fan leaves toward the center to expose the branches for new growth. I will be transferring her to a bigger pot within the next day or two.

BAKky:
BAKky has maintained extremely well, and continued her tight, yet abundant growth. She has even got another head growing out from the underside which I have angled to catch light reflected from the tent walls. Her main stalk is also very tree trunk-like now and I'm extremely pleased with her progress so far.

Kolbi:
My little cheese is growing up! I just saw today though, that she was showing signs of all- around nutrient deficiency so she got dinner immediately. Since being topped, the new heads are growing out very well.

Cyce:
My candy cream is now growing like a dream, though today was showing similar signs to Kolbi, which is not surprising Since they were started around the same time and both had issues before I resolved my pH problems.

The autos:
All growing very, very well and the Sativa dominant strains have been tied down already because of their fast vertical growth compared to my indicas.

Photos of all the girls will be coming up soon, so stay tuned!

Is willow the white widow !?
Glad to have ya here! The more the merrier! No, unfortunately my white widow didnt make it, but I'll be doing ww, on my next grow. Willow is actually a bagseed that I THINK was sour diesel, I don't know for certain though.

And @Pennywise thank you kindly :ganjamon:

@ProfessorFlora - BAKky has a special place in my heart cause she was kind of a hack FIM attempt that has turned out completely gorgeous!

UPDATE:

Winnie:
Winnie was transplanted today into her final home, and I pushed it a little too far on time because she was borderline rootbound. She is now sitting comfortably in her new pot and will be just fine

Kolbi & Cyce were both also transplanted today and are already loving the new setup! Not much to report on any of the others today, but they are all coming along well
