All caught mr.DoubleD.....

I had a cpl plants cpl months back whose leaves were doing the same but mine were stuck in some reveg twilight world and finally snapped out of it but for the rest of the show there on out they only put out single and three fingered sets of leaves.

"as above , so below" . I do wonder if during repot , some roots got damaged ?. odd to be just one portion like that. As Emilya would say " looks like its saying "yuck" ".

When repotting I normally give the root ball abit of a vigorous massage and get it all nice and loose and then pop into new home, they normally don't even skip a beat more than a day or so...but Nobby Nobbs would fook it all up....haha

Isn’t ‘The Bunch Of Grapes’ one of the bars the Ankh-Morepork City Watch drink at after a shift?
When I picked up my first Pratchetts I had an hour commute by bus. I sometimes had to get off at a random stop and wait (reading) for the next bus when I just couldn’t stop laughing. They get reread and dropped in the bath. The cover of the copy of Guards! Guards! I’m rereading now is getting smaller and smaller because our cockatiel is a vandal.
The work of teaching our lorikeet to say ‘wossname, wossname, wossname. It’s a metasyntactic wossname innit? Variable’ like the parrot in Faust Eric is ongoing.

Maybe I’ll prune the roots in a repot if the h2o2 wossname doesn’t do it. I’ll definitely take a cut or two (when I get some clonex that isn’t expired ffs). I rather fancy letting it grow Shed-style. I haven’t bent one over like that before. Despite the funk she seems to like it..

Hi all.
I closed off the outside of the light baffle I made for the air intake of our new flower room. Then ducted that into the veg tent..

So now the exhaust for the bloom room is scrubbing the veg tent too, as well as creating some air movement through the veg space. I’ve put a fan in there too, but haven’t bought h2o2 yet

@Kingjoe83 reminded me how useful it would’ve been for this..

Hey thanks Smeegol, yeah. It’s something I’d been going to get around to. The smell of the veg tent was getting nosier than you would want a stealth garden in the suburbs to be.
It’s a way to make do with one filter and extractor. The flower room exhausts to the garage and the veg tent has a passive intake. I’m happy to say that with the flower room door closed you can feel a definite breeze pulling up the exhaust duct from inside the tent. Causing a slight bit of tent suck if anything.
This means the room’s tight! :yahoo: I haven’t even finished the trims in the corners yet. It’s good to know I won’t be counting on the last layer of paint to seal it all up:laugh:
One of the good things about it now is that the flower room has a slight buffer from wild temperatures. The veg tent girls will be .. I was going to say taking it for the team, but thought it sounded completely wrong so I’m going with .. glad to get to the flower room when their times come. There.
So, yeah I only just thought of that - a bit of extra protection for the flower room - but it’s definitely one of the reasons I hooked it together this way. ;)

:green_heart: I can’t wait til she’s helping me sweat out mine, man. I don’t want to get all wossname or anything, but mate. I’d been on the knees I’d been brought to by the public health systems for.. well, some time - rather unwell for some time, yk. So this is the first help that had happened to me in.. some time. All I’m saying is I’m proud to be able to show you your help wasn’t wasted.

So it’s five weeks since flip, but she’s only been flowering for three, if that.
She looks like taking her sweet time and I’m so ok with that  If that seems to contradict something I just said, well that’s because I will be tidying up her larf and looking for (slightly less) immature testers very soon.
Interestingly, I flipped the lights when she was 20” tall off the soil and now her two tallest have surpassed 40!
Her two stablemates both have very firm and densely formed flowers, while I get the sense with her that we’re only seeing the statements of intent so far and that she’s about to knuckle down to grow the most impressive flower heads in the room. These pictures are from yesterday and I’m seeing definite, unimaginative swelling on her budlets even in a day.
I’m excited to see that carpet of crystals coming on.
Here she was yesterday compared to a CPK. Another comparison in a week if I remember.

Another donkey thing I donkey do is turn each pot 90* each day. I don’t even mind if it’s OCDonkey because the garden seems to enjoy it.

This week’s Seedsman update is here.
Wow she is being well bought up mate. you are doing her and you proud DD. Seeing her double is not too surprising as the parents were both leggy sativa type of structures to them. I think she could be an 11 week flower with her genetics. That extra 2 weeks on the sativa vibe is always more than worth the extra waiting time too. The hit from the Hulk is one of the hardest I have had and the forced 3-4 week harvest of the gelato gave me some smokable and oddly potent small buds. They were not even at a frosting point but the hit was nice tasting and definately gave me a wobble !!!. Our endeavor was one of my most positive moments of the year Buddy. I am so glad it went well and you are now in stock and building more too D. I was made up when you agreed to give them a fly. Thank you for the trust and pioneering with them. I sincerely hope they are the most potent medicine known to man for you fella and that you can incorporate the GGD Seeds in your new catalogue ( heehee good to be able to say that !). I expect she will be like the parents for needing the full time to hit her full swell too. The hulk looked terrible for an age during floweringncycle and I lost a little interest and was planning to hash her yield. The trim was a pain but had some amazing covered hash leaves that bubble bags caught. I stuck her in a tub ready for hashing but as soon as i smoked a bud after leaving her a couple of weeks , she became my go to for a good hit. smoke wise she was so fucking potent tasting and I dont mean harsh , I mean you could gasp on the inhale as the terps were so strong and left an old skool tang on exhale too. She is definitely from high thc that side of her parentage. The gelato hit me good too and seeing so many great smoke reports for Gelato41, it has to be a winner... Is she smelling at all yet ?.
love what your going mate. gets more involved and committed each run. Master of your own health and mental well being brother. have a great day.

Good to see Figgis coming on strong, Gigiddy!
I have never seen that growing technique before and I watch with interest.
Your teasers on the smoke reports are just adding to how tantalising this is.
It is six weeks today since I flipped the HulkLato. She’s about half done, give or take.

Couple of notes to journal on the veg situation. A while ago I made a couple of gardening decisions based on my health not my garden’s.
I was sailing some pretty I’ll winds and had to stop losing energy. One choice I made was the switch to no-fuss nutes and that was the right call.
Another choice I made was to make the light schedule for veg 16/8. I didn’t think about this again until the last day or two.
I’ve not counted the cuts I’ve lost recently. Deliberately. I’ve been going through the motions, following the same techniques and procedures that have worked in the past and getting nowhere.
I’ve had to set and forget to an extent. I’ve had to dissociate my donkey head from concerns about results and it turns out that by and large I’m pretty good at this kind of compartmentalising.
So, while I’ve been noticing how much compost my ‘cloning’ has been generating I have not been overly concerned.
Well. The light schedule is something I’d missed as a variable.
Yesterday I changed the veg light back to 20/4. Then I up-potted 2 x Hulklato clones and one CPK and took some cuts from the Isabelle Purple reveg. If those clones do what they should, then I will look again at the CPK clone that has the curly-wurlies.
I’ve given her some h2o2 as per the best advice of the interweb ( :thanks: Shed!) and depending whether that works and the iPurple cuts survive, then I may take cuttings or not.

My six week Seedsman update is this way.

And here..
Halfway up the Hulklato, halfway home..

And, starting LST on Hulklatos 1.1 and 1.2 ..

Nice to see ya :hmmmm:
The Hulklato is looking really nice. It is an exciting time when the pistils are out in profusion and the trichomes are developing. Clearly there are a lot of variables to manage when indoor growing, all of which would be over my head. However the MC when dialed in correctly, seems to encourage a very even and enviable lush growth. Good stuff.

With all this pandemic mess going on, and seeing pics in the media of folks lined up to buy dispensary cannabis it is surely heartening to be able to look forward to one's own imminent harvest rather than worry and wonder where the hell one is going to get the next bag from. All the best.:bongrip:
