With enough spare parts I could build a better donkey.
When I joined 420 mag I had some plants I wasn’t sure were going to survive. I wasn’t doing much better.
The plants ended up ok.
I lost about enough for a whole blues anthology. Strength, sleep, sanity (ha), 40kg of weight, most everything off my plate. Almost my job. Lucky still to have my wife, my house, my dogs.
It’s hard to write a happy blues song. Now and again they happen. I don’t particularly like the other kind.
I’ve just now had a second referral to a specialist pain clinic refused. They cited my active status as a client of special addiction services as a barrier to their ability to make an assessment.
I can’t take bennies, opiates, alcohol or nsaids and haven’t been offered so much as a paracetamol for my trouble.
So it isn’t that anything I am taking would interfere with an assessment. All it is is prejudice.
I had a surgeon sticking machines up me and me up machines for the six months it took him to fleece my insurance. He won’t answer emails or return calls or give an opinion or diagnosis.
I am officially on the scrap heap.
With enough spare parts I could build a better donkey.
Couple more threads to pull yet on the rich tapestry that is healthcare in this shithole.
Anyway. The point is. This is why I am making my own medicine. Thanks for your help.

This week’s Seedsman update is
here.
Here is the garden first two, then one day ago. They are doing the best they can at the moment.
The day after I put the tent in the roof space last year it snowed. The next day I had fully insulated it.
I got home from work the other afternoon and it was 44*C in there
The tent is no longer insulated.
HulkLato front left, CBD front right, CPK in the back.
I will probably only be able to keep my finger off the trigger a few more days before they get flipped.
While I’m happy that the three plants are going to fill the available canopy space pretty well, I wouldn’t mind more canopy space!
Especially if I get a good turnout from these..
So hoping we’ll need a bigger flower room.
We have the new press to feed, after all. I squished a 10g puck last night.
The little pre-press kit I made.
I’m going to re-run spent pucks this afternoon for a wee experiment.
Have a good day, good people.
