One week after radical defol and you can’t see across the room anymore because they’ve grown so much.
They just had their 2nd feed since defol, so their leaves have lifted up again. Consciously trying to water less often.
Their tops are getting sticky, sticky, sticky. One in particular (Isabelle Red) smells unreal. Likely to be very interesting.
One of the reasons we started this journal was to show a friend who lives out of town what we’re up to in the hope he might visit more. So there’s only him, one other guy and youse million jokers out there who know we’re doing this.
Our buddy up the line there is suitably impressed with the pictures he’s seeing here. He last saw them when they were so little. What he doesn’t know though, and what I’m about to tell you now is that trials on the testers we dried this week have been very successful.
A little bit of larf off one of ours is better than a few big old spears we were given this week. Could be something seriously good here.
We’re not counting our chickens. All I’m saying is cluck! cluck!

Damn it's looking good in your garden! Great job on the defol, the girls obviously loved it!
Your flowers are looking healthy and they're pushing pistils like crazy, you're gonna have some big cola's on these girls! On your next trimming i'd consider removing the bottom growth that won't be getting much light from now onwards.
Your plants are super healthy DD i'm looking forward to see them at the end of flower!

Back from the Seychelles? Looked like you had a ball nice for some.. 
Things are going as well as I hoped, but better than I expected. I saw you cruising around helping a bunch of folk last month so congrats again on a much deserved win on the MOTM.
I will take your advice on my next trim (about day 45?) you haven’t let me put a foot wrong yet after all. Light is getting good penetration now, but the canopy is getting tight again.

It is a Gibson, yes. You play? I explained to Tom in a reply why the headstock isn’t factory legit, then realised the photo I loaded doesn’t even show it.

Thank you, GG. Glad you stopped by. We are proud of our little bagseed Isabelles. Keeping our fingers crossed that we make it full term without mishaps. Just trying to respond to changing conditions and keep them chugging along meantime.
Mm. I wasn’t planning to get off topic on this. I haven’t been 420% for a bit. What amused me (philosophy drives one to look for silver linings at times) when I realised I was losing weight at 1.5kg/day for a couple of weeks - I did some sums and projected that I would weigh 54kg before harvest. I thought well - that’s going to make it much more potent!
Turned a corner now and gaining again. Still not sure what’s going on. Specialist blah blah on the other side of harvest.
Life is good.
So is the 420 community.
