Dark Matter, Red Sky, Chunky Cherry Thai, BP Skunk In LOS

The BIG inner fan leaves are just doing their job, and the density of all the foliage weeds out leaves due to lack of light penetration and is no longer viable to the plant. When I used to grow outside, the Fans would just shed like you wouldn't believe(no plain water during bloom, FEED FEED and more FEED.. doesn't matter you can't stop the process), it's perfectly fine and technically... the plant is dying. It's all apart of the cycle and is nothing to be worried about. I can't see through your plant, it's DENSE in there, Let her do it's thing. You will have a pile of leaves with that huge plant at the end of the cycle. Your leaves close to the buds are nice and lush... Auto Pilot Friend(Good Vibes.. Better Weather).

I was hoping for that Johnnie! My indoor grows do similar. Only 4 weeks to go!

I haven't done a lot in containers and Geoflora, just mini grows for seeds. One thing I'd recommend is to pre charge the soil on planting or/and pot ups. Then for top dressings, I use chunk bark mulch, I pour it on the mulch and water it through. That's 1 gallon pots. My outdoor use I remove grass mulch sprinkle Geoflora and top it with some compost. Just enough to cover. I think the compost gives it an extra lift outside. Cannabis roots are so close to the surface I don't scratch too deep.
Also don't be afraid to use plenty. There's no such thing as nute burn with LOS growing right? I'd rather have a little more in there than not. My outdoor lady is cannibalizing now with 4 weeks to go likely. Not horrible but could have been better.
Cool, thank you. That makes complete sense. So basically "scratching it in" essentially means mix it into the uppermost inch or two of soil or however deep the roots will let you get. Yes?

Yeah man, take it from someone who has TRIED to Stop it. I'm a FEEDER grower through and through(plain water... WHAT is that?) and it CAN'T and Won't change anything. BTW, I've had a 7 footer, MUCH smaller than your plant(width wise) Hit almost 1 and 3/4's of an elbow, in my experience... 2 is NO problem.
1 3/4 elbows! Sweet! I look at this plant with indoor growers eyes. If these buds grow like the tent ones in size then I'd bet this one hits that. This lady has potential if all goes well! I'm hoping Weather Gods smile down on all us weed growers.

GeoFlora is just an organic nutrient with a unique delivery system. It wears out in two weeks (or less!), so it hasn't done anything to the soil. It's like an organic Osmocote+ that you can use as a top dress. I wouldn't think that would put it in the LOS category, but maybe that's just the way I think of living organic soil.
As far as I know, a plant feeds off geoflora via microbes. The old fashioned way. That's LOS in my head. You?

To me, living organic soil is using organic material to feed the microbes, and the roots. Happy Smokin'

Not for me, but maybe because the way I think about LOS is that it's providing the nutrients to the plant from what is in the soil itself. If you are feeding the plant, then the soil doesn't need to be living. If GF works in soilless, how can it create living soil with its use?
I think we're kind of on the same page? I agree the nutrients come from the soil. But I have a condition where my soil is not uber charged with amendments, ocean forest, but is organic and the plant is feeding through microbes. That is LOS that could use a helping hand with a top dress. That's no different than Van Stank top dressing his soil in flower or for any reason with his component amendments. The plant eats through microbes. Synthetic fed plants don't feed that way hence not LOS. Microbes aren't used/needed in a Synthetic grow from what I gather. That makes the difference to me. Emilya explains it here better than I.

A reminder, the reason I didn't use my Rev's supersoil is because it requires low ppm water that I couldn't provide to the outdoor grow or I would have. My 400ppm+ well water is getting the job done so far in geoflora.

Here's some more. I think LOS is thought provoking to say the least.

It's that way to me too. That can mean various strengths of amendments in it I'd say. For instance. The Rev's soil = high potency (can last a full grow unamended). Ocean forest = Low potency (can not last for a full grow unamended).
