Dark Matter, Red Sky, Chunky Cherry Thai, BP Skunk In LOS

Highya SO,

They're referring to a hurricane headed for the northeast. They're saying New York, or Conneticut to make landfall with some hurricane force winds. Supposed to be here Sunday morning. I'm going to put out some extra stakes trying to avoid damage. We'll see. I wanted you to know in case your Stankberry lady needs some support. Happy Vapin'

Better stake that bad girl down! I hear a storm's a brewin'.
Thinking of it Azi! We're looking at 30 mph wind where I am as the weather reports. Now 50 miles south, as the crow flies, on the cape, they're pulling boats out now and may be evacuating. They're looking at 70+ mph wind. Watching this one !

I do think I should do something. How many stakes are you thinking? I was thinking bamboo poles in the ground, and 6 inch plastic screen around it. But now that you mention stakes, that's ringing a bell! My idea is a PITA and may work. Stakes just work!

I was just out for a look and I see leaves around bud sites going dark purple, almost black. A cool look. It's too small to photograph and enjoy today. Maybe next week I can get a pic.

NEW THING COMING UPDATE!
ABUNDANT TRICHOME ALERT!
MEJA

Good Saturday folks! The grow is going to get interesting in a few days! I'll be spraying my Stankberry Lady down with something called MEJA. Metholetholjasmonite. A big word for big action! I'll try to explain what happens as I go if I can understand. Edit: Nope, there's a lot of science that is beyond my capacity to absorb as I go over @Maritimer 's notes so ask away and I'm sure we can figure things out with help.

I'm going to spray her and she's going to think she's being attacked. With that, she's going to take a super upright praying position and cover herself with a "protective coating of trichomes"! More intense flavor and amounts of trichomes amplified should be the outcome.

That's it in short. I've watched @Maritimer 's thread on doing this and have wanted to try it forever! Now's the time! If you want to read on it, here's Maritimers journal. He gets into drought and more to increase the amount of trichomes. He's very successful! I'm psyched to try it out finally on this outdoor lady.

I'll be gleaning everything from his journal and try to have a simple understandable explanation. That's if I can, I'm no Einstein and don't understand how it works yet. It is the old stress a plant just right and she'll produce better theory.

My calendar says Spray on August 27th so that's the target. Wish me luck! Thanks for your work @Maritimer ! And @MissyE , thank you for getting underway too! Post some pics when you can.

I found this on the net. It explains in somewhat simple detail what and how this goes. Wish me luck.

Yeah, Good Luck, SO! I'm still in the "do everything I can to help them avoid any stress" mode, so don't have the confidence to try something like that yet.

But I have no doubt you've done your research and will gave great success.

p.s. I still think "you're going to need a bigger boat" (looking awesome)!

I had to read Maritimers stuff before I even understood your post, so thanks for that, he's a heavy damn hitter. I'm getting up to speed as quickly as I can. Fascinating stuff. His pictures make it look like pure magic! Obviously it works, also not the easiest thing I've ever heard of. Sounds like there's an art to it. GOOD LUCK MAN. Another fascinating reason to keep following along!

I'm experimenting. We'll see where this goes.

He had so much success I had to give it a try. All the science hurts my head a little so I'm trusting.

Hurts mine a little too. I had to read it twice to start to get it. Still don't to my satisfaction but yeah, his success sort of speaks for itself. As does his reputation. Not to mention in reading his posts, dude seems like a nice guy. Too smart for his own good, obviously. :laughtwo::laughtwo: I'll be very curious to see how it goes for you. Awfully big chance to take on that plant man. You got balls I will give you that. That plant is so damn perfect I'd be very hesitant to try a new experiment on her at this point. More power to you. Big risk/Big reward, right? But honestly, tossing in this variable, along with the storm coming, and man, you have a must read page turner here that is actually exciting to follow, and that's not the case with every journal, certainly not mine. It's fun as shit. Keep up the great work for us. Oh, and for you too. :laughtwo::laughtwo:

Ahoy Stone,
I be on hospice watch over my little sister and reading 420 to her. Thank you for the kind words.
just so you know my current run has done real well applying the jazz beginning of flower weeks 5 and a week later at the start of week 6. Today begins week 7 and that means drought. A big long stressful drought. Eleven days if they got the stamina. It’s all about the 50 degrees of accumulated wilt telling you they are at the breaking point.
Spray away my brother

I've been growing non stop since before the virus started and have some pounds in reserve so I'm not gambling with anything I can't afford to lose right now.

STORM UPDATE ALL GOOD

Crisis averted! Henri made a change and passed us almost completely. Just some rain and light wind, no damage here. Hoping for the best for the rest of us!
GREAT news!!!! I was worried for your girl. I watched those storms batter the northeast on the news yesterday and last night and I was wondering. Awesome.
