Dark Matter, Red Sky, Chunky Cherry Thai, BP Skunk In LOS

Do you see a curly hair on the second one?
Is that a curly hair? I see that now but hard to tell if it is a pistil, another attempt at a pic might snatch a clearer view. And as Sparkey notes in the first pic if it is a hair it seems a straight hair in that pic.

It's too late for today so tomorrow will be another day. The pic was inside the plant and tough to get. Oh yeah! Getting close! I want to colloidal silver a limb and it looks like game on soon!

TAKING SOME CUTS

Good morning all, I'm thinking of spring and making ready some cuts for myself and a friend or two. Since I can't say how long it takes in this cool time I'm starting on 2/9, and 2/23 so far. When the mothers make a comeback I'll do it again. If it takes more than two weeks I'll be surprised. Getting them rooted and sized right for outdoors for june 1st is the goal. It's a ways away but I'm just figuring this out, early is ok.

Mother Stankberry gave me 2 cuts. What i looked for is 1, a soft tissued cut. 2, something in around 3 inches leaving me with a node or two at the bottom where roots will develop. and 3, one I can leave 3 leaves on. I don't cut the ends off.
A gorilla hand picking the cut.
Then to cut/snip off all but 3 leaves.
Make the angled bottom cut and lightly scrape some of the plant material off near the nodes.
And have a 3 second swim in Dip n Grow
Then it's getting all snugged in and watered well and a water sprayed lid. It stays on for 3 days until I begin weening her off the cup ala @beez0404 method of making roots in cuttings. I can't find the place I put it(his tutorial) right now but I will.
Edit: Here's @beez0404 's tutorial in part one and two.

Ok now. I was talking with @Van Stank today sharing some cold weather ills our plants have been subject to. We've gone to using seedling heat mats to combat the chill. He had a huge example of how well a little heat does for these plants. So I later got to checking mine and had a chuckle when I saw the posture he cured in his, in my garden.
There's 8 plants 2 by 2 on a board on heat mats, only there wasn't room for all of them matted. Look at the first pair and see how hunched over they are? They're a skosh smaller too I believe. Well they are the ones off the heat. After the pic I swapped em for better seating for a while.
And on the sex game, this Black Poison Skunk is almost telling me the story. Yesterday we thought female. Today I'm thinking maybe another few days and she'll tell. These pics looks male to me.

SO..a couple more days will tell. I thought that was a shot of lemonchello before you dropped in a cutting. I may expand ops some day and appreciate the clone and mother knowledge base.
I figure there's going to be one or two special producers that We're going to want to enjoy so I'll preserve them for us. Room is an issue though. Limoncello! that's what that stuff reminds me of! Good one!

Highya SO,

Good for you, getting your vaccines! I hear they're rolling out pretty fast. I'm not sure what we're going to do yet. Happy Vapin'

I fell way behind, and speaking of behind:
I am sure she's going to like her heat mats I slid under her ass.
I wonder if she would be better served with them on end again with an inch or so air gap around the pots... :hmmmm:
the Bonsai trainers
Well done!
Which brings us to the Black Poison Skunk. This one's about to show sex.
Looks male to me at this point. :(
And have a 3 second swim in Dip n Grow
Dip'n Grow for the win!
Edit: Here's @beez0404 's tutorial in part one and two.
:bravo: finding that! Your method is my method, but I wait longer and don't do the on-off game with the domes. I just tip the domes back a bit after a week, and then a bit more each day.
These pics looks male to me.
Still looks male to me, but I've been wrong before, which is why I put my sex-guessing out to a community vote!
Ms otter and I both got an appointment for a vaccine shot!
:yahoo: Help is on its way!

OOPS

One thing I forgot to mention when making clones the other day is to ph the water. I especially need to do that because my pro-mix bx is years old and past the best eaten by date. My cuts are starving and turning yellow! I phed a gallon of water to 6.5 from 8.0 and ran some through. That ought to green them up! I believe I created a lockout at ph 8.

NEVILLE'S HAZE WARMING UP

Hi, all! Good Friday to you! I've been trying to improve my temperatures and decided to try a chicken coop heater. It seems to warm things up nicely so far. It was 75F this afternoon after being on for several hours with the light. Big plus! It draws 200 watts so it's relatively low for heat. When it gets integrated into the system I believe it'll turn on as the light goes off giving the cold night a boost. That ought to do it. I can see her better color working its way and new leaves are not clawed from the heat mats now.

Glad the chicken heater is doing some good there StoneOtter, tough job you've got dealing with the conditions but I'm confident you're going to turn her out well, as Nevilles Haze is a bit of a legend so I'd like to see her do well too when the smoke report comes!:ganjamon:

Highya SO,

I agree, it looks much better! Leaves are better, more green, looking good! I hope the weather is going to turn soon. Have some 40 degree days coming up. Happy Vapin'
