Both Mine throw funky leaves also. All of your DDas look so great! Those ladies are monsters Hydro! And Beez, your lady just looks better every time I see her! I love the look of the almost black bud on the yellow/red fans. Looks so beautiful.
my DDas are looking.... okay. One looks pretty decent, but the other looks bizarre. Check em out.
These are in soil. Terrible soil at that. All my hydro stuff is in storage until my space is complete. I am saving a couple of seeds to see what I can turn these into in my buckets or table.Wow they really do like hydro. So green. Mine were all fall colors much earlier. Nice plants!
Shows what you know! I’m gonna make a freakishly variegated, wrinkly NL X DDa!There go the hopes for Chef's breeding program!
I doubt it, Beez doesn’t grow anything from me... we’ve yet to see a star pupil make an appearance!beez will be your first customer .
Beez grows in a very limited/small area. He probably wants to wait until he has a nice space to allocate to a Star Pupil plant. He has an upcoming Candida CD-1 reversal project to try to make some S1 seeds. And a friend is stopping by right after Christmas with three top shelf clones he's been rooting for me. The most important thing you I learned is.....You can't grow them all. That being said the Star Pupil is very high up on my list.
@dynamo1 you need to get one of those "special" lenses like I use. That top is like the size of a bic lighter and look what that magical lens does. That top is bigger than one of my whole plants.
@ChefDGreen there might be something going on in the water up there in Portland!!I want you all to check this out. This is my DDa2 (I ended up culling the DDa1 a couple of days algo). I think she might be a polyploid, she’s got some really strange growth patterns going on.
I know! There’s clearly something about my style that the DDas don’t like too much. I just don’t know what it could be. I don’t usually have problems like this.. my initial thought was the humidity cause it’s usually pretty low. But I don’t think low humidity would cause that.. I’m pretty sure that’s a genetic thing.@ChefDGreen there might be something going on in the water up there in Portland!!
