@Hydroholic I agree, I just don’t want to add any more water to the bottom of the cup. Maybe I could just give a bit of nute water around the edges?

I haven’t been in soil long but one of the things I have been doing is watering the edges the night before I water completely to get the roots to spread. I started all of these autos in their 3 gallon container and not a small container.@Hydroholic I agree, I just don’t want to add any more water to the bottom of the cup. 30 is very low unless your in late flower. I look 50-70 for veg.
I transplanted them into their final pots about two days ago. I’ve also given them some regular strength nutrient feed. I’m using foliage pro, pro-tekt, and super thrive. As you can all see the color has gotten better. I watered just around the sides of the pot, only a quart or so per container. Hopefully they go looking for that moisture and start taking off.
I want to ask you all what kind of humidity you’re growing your DDas in. My humidity is in the mid 30s and I’m wondering if that might be part of the problem.. none of my other plants seem to really mind.
Hi Chef ,I just had some negative starts using a worm casting and soil mix. They came around after I went with my regular soil. Good luck. So, what am I doing wrong here? They’re at day 11/14 now, they seem small and their leaves are a bit yellow and twisty. They’re in Sungro’s Black Gold organic potting soil + compost. I figured they looked a little cold/wet so I bumped my temps up to low 80s and put them in a windier spot. Any other suggestions? should I get on with the feeding when they’re dry enough?
She's a beauty beez! She looks kind of like the one I'm taking down tomorrow. Not much to trim.Well here is my Dark Devil auto. She is at sprout +67 days today. She continues to lose fan leaves. First time growing a DDA in anything other then a hempy pot. Probably something amiss with my soil but I'm not gonna worry about it. She still have plenty of leaves to carry out photosynthesis. I generally harvest my DDA plants at around day 85 so she only has to survive a little over 2 weeks and she'll be harvested. Something that may have something to do with her leaf color is that she is a transient plant. She has been in my flowering tent twice now to fill a hole when I harvest a plant. In there she is in 12/12 lighting. When not in there she was in a homemade vegging box under a blurple LED and 18/6 lighting.
I think those are on the buds, as I tried not to get leaves in the frame when I was taking the pics. That's the main image that made me want to take it down tomorrow. Even without that amber I don't see much clear. I can wait if that's better, but I am concerned about the amber on this sativa plant.@InTheShed Many will tell you that you shouldn't harvest a DDA until at least day 90. I've harvested a handful and the best were taken at around day 85. That said in a couple of your excellent photos I can see amber crystals. Can't tell if that is on leaves or buds but I can see them.
I harvested one at day 75 I believe for Sue and she raved about. I'm pleased with 85 days for the DDA. I remember pulling up the Sweet Seeds site a year or so ago. Don't quote me on this but I believe the site said 8 or 9 weeks from seed so you're right in their window right? I say go for it. See what you get. May be the best yet.Should I ignore the trichomes and go with the conventional wisdom then?
