I agree 100% to late is much better than to early. I've noticed that if I give them a chance to establish bud's and then blast them, they get far bigger.

Edit. I really think it depends on how you are counting the weeks too. If you count the weeks by the flip you generally want to wait a week longer. If you count from pistols its pretty spot on with 3-4 weeks.

We just chopped the Hydro Sour Diesel #2 yesterday....Man I need a 1kw light, that was some very nice cannabis we took down. Really fat and frosty, no scent though, I think we need to look into something to boost the flavor in that set up. It's odd the hb Sour Diesel #2 I took down last week has more flavor than the hydro stuff cured for at least 30 days.
 
Just peeked in on the ladies, I am happy to report that so far the 2 plants that got Bloomit yesterday aren't showing the spotty leaves. I think that letting them dry out of the light might have helped or maybe I mixed it right. At any rate they look good today, pistoles are everywhere ;)
 
From the way things were looking yesterday the GSC that was defoliated and topped was looking like this weekend she'll come down. The CVK hit the jar @ 3.7oz. I was hoping for 4 but 3.7 is pretty good for a plant that hermied early in flower because of a light leak, had that not happened it would have been 5+ easily, I took a bunch of branches to clean her up. It doesn't really have a scent yet but has a ton of flavor. It's very lemony and really strong, I've had a couple grams in my kindstack to show a couple buddies, it's cured enough to be really sticky and good enough to stay lit. It's really nice. No matter how disappointed I am that only this seed germed, it sure is a nice smoke. I'm not to sure if I should be happy it's so nice or really mad that I only got the one plant. Regardless it is what it is...

I think adding the sulfur before harvest is for sure the way to go, may it be with Epsom Salt or Cationic drench it's just a good idea. The GSC that has been in the jar is lacking in the flavor department (to me) it has flavor and everyone really enjoys it. It just tastes really flat to me (generally if things are "flat" on the palate they need salt), I am thinking about doing what Doc just tried with the deep flush and a blast of cationic on the gsc that has a bit of time to ride still. See if that adds the flavor I feel I am missing. When I take them out of the tent today I'll take some pics, they're really nice plants.

I love high brix growers! I know the one lacking in flavor, as you say, is still going to be the best weed many people have ever had......but we want to make it better! That's what I'm talking about!

We'll see what happens :) I gave them some cat drench, they're both pretty close to finishing. I'm going to let them ride the rest of their time out on a reproductive cycle. The last ones were on an energy week and I think that's why they're lacking.
 
Okay I only took the one in the front of the tent out, the other one is in the back middle and the branches are supported somehow...I'm not moving her, she just gets top fed from here on out. Enough blah blah...

purple cookies! do doo doode! efffff yes! call em scones or grape grasshopper,grand cookies,, but you gotta have silver so you can lock down the code of a single plant, (my blue dream plan: 2 clones 1 gets sex change other gets grown big and fully dusted for mass quantity beans,plant beans near every water supply for 50 miles,share with my buddies,,when im down to a dozen beans do it again, rinse,repeat forever) you like?
i think i spotted wild tt i planted a couple yrs ago i had a 32oz mason jar full of tt#0(before did the work to get#1) i chucked handfulls everywhere! gave it to buddies to do the same,i still believe its a good plan to overgrow the controllers,but driving by the lake i spotted some im pretty sure was tt, think if its growing wild everywhere how can it be controlled and its good for the enviroment i was reading about chernobyl they planted it all around because it absorbs and negates radiation and loosens soil as deep as 12feet after 1 crop other things were able to grow there! and all the o2 it makes,and nutrients and microbes it puts in the ground, its gonna save our collective asses if we let it! ok nuff rant:thumb:

Well, I'm sure we'll come up with a name. It's looking like the GSC is going to be right in the targeted area timing wise, so I should end up with some nice seeds. The dude's flowers are swelling and looking like they are about to start to blow, next day or 2 things should start happening in there. I'm pretty excited to get them rolling, I'm wondering how a seeded plant will act in hb, I haven't had one yet. It should be interesting.

well im about to find out! im gonna be doing some pollinating soon im trying to decide what to cross with my exodus cheese,my options are gdp,royal purple kush,,and then theres the autos,mi5,cream caramel fem auto, himalaya blue diesel auto,,its possible one of the new plants could be male,durple pream,urkle,p-roc, or the gdp auto cross,,im thinking rpk & gdp on seperate branches, but in any case they are in hb soil. what sounds good?

Wow man that a lot of choosing...lol I have a hard time choosing, everything usually sounds good. GDP for sure (how is your gdp btw), I am very interested in that durple pream. So if you get a male of that, for sure mess with it, you might make some awesome freak show like a TGA strain :)
