Curso's True High Brix!

I do basically what Doc told you to do. I soaked them, put roots and transplant water on the medium, pop the bean in, cover and wait. I do start them in small cups and transplant them into the 2gl bags. (usually once they have 2 true sets of leaves). I thought I would try the 2 gallon bags with the 12/12 because, they don't really get root bound in those pots, they do take some extra care. Watering, energy 1/2 strength more often because you are watering every couple days. It's quite different than growing in 5 gallon bags, it's easy though with a little math. You just have to compensate for the size and the fact they dry out fast and try to not make full batches for them (unless you have space in a refrigerator and a bucket with a lid).

The next time I do 12/12 seeds I'll do one in a 5gl and one in a 2gl. I am enjoying the way the Toxic Blue 33 is growing in the 2 gallon smart pot I have no complaints with it so far. Although I haven't tested its brix I am sure its somewhere between 8-10, its really hard to get them over 12 in a small pot. The one I did get way over was just plain lucky and I haven't been able to replicate it in small pots.

I've had some Flo that hermies a little bit no matter what. I've also had some Afgoo and others that would never hermie even with obvious light leaks. I don't know man. I think I would run that GSC again. You have some bad ass seeds though. I can't wait to see some pics of too much cationic drench on the cheese candy auto.

Thanks bro!!! Yeah I had to sit there and look at things and ask myself "why?" Only to remember seeing the zipper undone about a foot and remembering saying "it'll be fine" to myself then went to sleep. I haven't had anything hermie doing High Brix until this plant, so one ine a little over a year is pretty good. 8 GSC are vegging ;) and I have 4 more rooting ;) I will be making some seed's of it. GDP is the first to pop its head up :high-five: must be that ultra fresh BID GDP ;)

Here is that Cheese Candy Auto (thanks for reminding me to take the pic) I pretty much ruined its yield but I think it'll still be some quality smoke. Edit: This still has 3-4 weeks to go.

yup those gdp beans are noy even 3 weeks out of mamas belly! my cheese candy auto got put down for breeding so from the gitgo she was gonna be low yeild i will get 28-32 grams max, but tons of beans that are cheese candy auto X cream caramel auto (fem pollen) since both are caramelo parents ill have a near pure caramel auto with a hit of cheese,, the cream caramel auto has been a good yeilder for me the first one i did that i didnt pollinate gave me nearly 2 zips on a coco hempy 2 liter, and bpn 3 part nutes and that was before i knew the autos need veg nutes till the last 2-3 weeks, thats why so many ppl get crap yeild with autos, they need veg nutes much longer ,most start them on bloom nutes as soon as they see flowers (mistake) they are still growing while flowering if you cut the N they get stunted! one of my "growing autos" tips in case you didnt know, the 4x4 makes for such a nice jungle huh? i love that my budtops are 4 foot thick by 4foot thick! its even fun to say! course it nothing like a commercial grow thats 100 or more sq feet that will make you feel like your in wonkas factory! lol the girls are looking nice and fake so your doing great job, im running to catch up ! i'll get to where you are!

It's not all to hard to catch up with what I have going on bro. Just some patience and a whole lot of reading (and a kit :p ). I do love the 4x4, it does make for a great little jungle in the corner of my bedroom. I bet those beans are going to be a nice auto :) I stunted that auto on purpose ;) It was a freebie and I had just got the cationic drench and had to ruin something with it, so I did. I didn't want to test it on anything that I paid for and I am happy I picked on the auto and left the Toxic Blue 33 to just grow, it's looking like it will be some fire.
 
:idea:i had a v8 / lightbulb moment recently where it all just fell into place as far as the how and why it works, exudates,microbes,etc, like i saw it all working in my mind,like a animated movie, not just doing stuff that i read, it just clicked , all the plants inside and out have started exploding, there were plants in the greenhouse that were looking sad are blowing up!

I was waiting for it to happen bro. Nothing we're doing is "hard" to do, just different. It just seems so far out of the box but it's not at the end of the day. The hard part honesty is remembering that LESS IS MORE and not over mix shit.
 
Opening the tent was a delight this morning. Brix did it's job and things are starting to get nice and frosty, they're swelling up some too. The tent has a musky minty scent to it when I open it now, it almost smells like someone dropped a big pack of double mint gum in there, its really nice.

I gave the Sour Diesel #2 its first cationic drench yesterday it was all done stretching a while ago, she is a really mature plant (about a year old) she has a ton of bud's going, it should be a really, really nice plant.

I got an authentic "Adolescent Female Paramilitary Organization" Cookie cutting two days ago! It's the Thin MInt pheno and I can't wait to smell what you're smelling! Gonna be a while.
