Thanks bro :) Yep it gets even easier as the soil gets better :)

I did do some training on the CVK and cleaned up a couple GSC's and the sour diesel got its second drink of the cationic drench :high-five: The buds on those 2 plants look like a cross between a hairy pine cone and a pineapple.

My 12/12 seeds (6 of them) are doing well now too, I'll take pics of them this weekend, they are in 2gl pots, that should be more than enough room for them.
 
Maaaaan...what a fuct up morning...I woke up to the flower tent collapsed...Man I hate these things, the corners let go with the filter end and whamo, it was like humpty dumpty. I lost the majority of one GSC, the rest seemed to have survived well. The top of one of the mutants branches was bruised really bad so I took it, it wasn't going to come back it was already black on the stem. Otherwise everything is back together and rocking. The 2 sour diesels were bone dry so I threw them in the tub while I put things back in place.

I stole some parts off the mom tent and hopefully it holds for a while.
 
Oh man!Sorry to hear about that Curso.I'm totally new to tents and I have to say this scares me a bit.
My tent seems sturdy enough but now I'm wondering if it really is.Makes me question whether some reinforcement might be in order.

aRRRRRRGGGHHH! Man I hate disasters like that. I had a T5 fall on seedlings once. Those that didn't get crushed got burned. I'm sorry bro!
 
Thanks for the support guys!!! I really happy to have only lost one plant and a top, I think the tomato cages might have saved a couple plants lives.:high-five: Of course it couldn't destroy the auto it had to take a gsc, but if the weed gods called for that plant, well...it is what it is...:)

With the tents much like everything, you get what you pay for. The tent that broke was cheap, that's what I get. The corners lasted a year with my filter hanging. I replaced those corners with a much better tents corner pieces.
 
i bought 4 tents thus far after having a mh light fall and fry several plants and nearly catching fire, (a funny smell caught my attention) there was smoke coming off the plant/pot it was touching ,scared me, now i get chain to hang everything and i avoid the super cheapos, like led whosalers ,last 2 have been oracle, little better quality and support beams are one piece metal no plastic ends that crumble after 90 days,no more yo-yo hangers either, i use those rope rachets, sorry you had a disaster,but sounds like you luck'd out:thumb:

It was one of those LED wholesalers...it's going to be replaced with a 4x4 I think :) If I remove a shelf I can go up another 2 feet :)

I'm pretty sure the CRASH woke me up because the light was on but there are no signs of burn. Sounds like you caught yours just in time...Lesson learned I'll order a new tent this weekend probably...:)
 
gotta frame in them ebay tents ;) sorry to hear it mate, got any 2x4 laying around you can use to re enforce it?

I used a roughly 3:1 ratio lemon juice to baking soda (roughly 3 Tbls lemon juice to 1 Tbls soda to 1gl I mix these together 1st then add water after the reaction is basically over)(remember I'm a chef...I eyeball shit like this) and I wash such a small amount (comparatively) I do it all in the shoe box sized plastic tubs (takes forever this way if you have a ton of branches). I think they hold a gallon(ish) I've never really measured how much they hold. Doc has the exact recipe in one of his journals. (Don't remember which one, I started the day with some CVK)

I wouldn't sweat it to much bro...unless you have your filter hanging, then I would consider reinforcing the corners.

This grow is due for some more space anyways. I think the vegging GSC and CVK will be much happier if they can grow 2' taller than I can currently get them. So even though it was a totally fuct up way to start my day...theres always a silver lining in every cloud...You just have to find it ;)
 
doode if you get a 4x4 you and the girls will love it it dosent really use up much more room but seems huge inside what was crowded before looked empty after i moved in what i had flowering totaly better im really glad i got the 4x4 and much more room up top for hanging gear, plants can stretch out and more air circulation im staying cooler with 2 lights on the same fan i did add a circulation fan so theres 2 but its warmer weather yet my temps are running 5-10 degrees cooler:thumb:

Perfect!!! Exactly what I wanted to hear. I figured if I am going to replace it, I might as well improve my environment while I am at it (I knew I should've gotten the 1k ballast).

I have an inline fan, a circulating fan, and both my lights hanging. its really not a ton of weight, the lights are the heaviest thing.

I'm betting you're going to like it. Yep I had the mixture a little bit strong to the acidic side. For anyone who doesn't read Doc's journal (really???is there someone who doesn't) he posted how to wash properly High Brix Q&A With Pictures scroll down the page a bit(post 385).
 
Man, if my tent hadn't crashed I'd be having a pretty boring grow. All the plants are thriving and blowing up. The bigger of the GSC did take some minor damage in the crash, so did the larger of the 2 Sour Diesel. The GSC that got mangled (I actually do have a pic of it on my phone) has 2 branches left she got moved by the auto in the back of the tent.

Everything in veg, is growing great, I couldn't be happier. It looks like they need some more tieing up today :)
