Cultivator Disciple - Coco - Barney's Blue Cheese

hahaha ! I'm not rebelling against the Guru. I believe everything he says but like i said I like detailed tutorials etc... and this nebula thing seems pretty easy and straight forward to follow. However he said he will do a vid on how he trains his plant etc...

I just want everyone to know that I am not in a hurry. I am currently not smoking as I have promised myself to never buy anything else to smoke off of someone. This is not for commercial purposes as well so I've got all the time in the world. This is more of a therapeutical kind of thing I am doing. Sowing seed according to the moon, playing music for the plants, taking my time with no date deadline. If I can grow them to look nice and neat well cool. Life is about taking our time and there will be plenty more grows I hope and will be able to experiment. How will I be able to know what is best and not if I don't do mistakes, try different techniques etc...
Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.

Thank you brother : ) I will keep you guys updated ! one thing for sure is that I will have lost probably 2 weeks veg time due to this technique compairing to if I had done it the Cult way.
Those 2 weeks are worth it though to be able to try out a cool technique and no doubt learn a lot along the way...you have the rare luxury of not needing results yesterday!

Prolly won’t ever top again. Had better luck with bending too. Plus as soon as I cut the main stalk I swear my buds are 50% smaller lol. But I might just be weird.

Yep every time you top your sacrificing those giant big buds... however topping once later on in veg once plants roots are well an truely established isnt the worse idea to create a bushy plants, buds are slightly smaller but means u dont worry bout budrot so much if your growing monsters like cult.

Hello fellow growers ! I transplanted my 1 gallon pots to my final 5 gallon pots 2 days after having topped to start my nebulas mainlining technique. I got advised by @Cultivator to only water 1 liter into my new 5 gallon pots, which I carefully did. Now I am just wandering from here on how I should water ? when do I start watering the whole coco surface of the 5 gallon pot ? My environment is spot on with 24.8°c (76.6°f) and 54% relative humidity, so I'm pretty happy about this : )
My little half liter pot (160z) in the middle is me not wanting to kill it but I doubt I will have the place for another 5 gallon pot in there. What do you guys say ? Plant her in my neighbours garden without him knowing or keep it in my tent ? just playing, I wouldn't do that lol

I'm on my second coco grow currently and I am exactly at the stage you are.

The first day after transplant I gave 1l the first 2 days. In the third day I watered around 4l to runoff so I could saturate the pot real good.
Right after that I have started my drip feed system on 1l/day and will increase it as time goes.
You water every day in coco, its Cult quote. :d Coco = hydro

You can place some yellow sticky traps in order to catch any fungus gnats that may occur from too wet pots but if your place is sterile I can't see it happening.

Cool MJ ! Thanx for these words. I will then water another liter today and tomorrow water 4 liters. I thought Cult said to never water until runoff or maybe I understood wrong.

I’m General organics and mix for soil. This grow I will likely be using heated water. Molasses and microbes brewing. Then add my nutes and feed. Just not sure if it is worth it over just doing it all at once. I’m convinced warm water and not ice cold is beneficial but it’s a feeling not scientific

Someone said your 3rd grow is your first grow. I'm just trying to minimize that saying lol But you're right. I will lay off them girls and let them do their thing
I can vouch for that saying you heard see how many threads journals I have lol

Seems like a mission ! But that's what it's all about. Growing in what we think is best. I am using Canna nutes in coco but next grow I will be using Cultivators feed schedule. I already ordered everything !
Use what works till you can afford to experiment I always say.

I will answer your question here mate when you answer mine in my thread. Just a little bit of fun. Remember too many cooks spoil the broth. You need to pick a way and run with it. Doing too many different things will cause you problems mate. You have nothing to guage your grow against so you wont know if it could have been better if you do lots at once, you wont know what to change if theres probs. You are fine to leave your nutes a week or so as you arent organic. Advocate is growing organics in soil which is totally different. And Advocate is right in saying not to leave that mix too long.

You shouldnt have transplanted so soon after pruning the plant. it a huge stress, then stress again. it massively slows growth and depending on strain you can herm the plant with too much stress. Honest mate just relax and try not to tamper too much.

Thanx Cult ! You got me all scared now lol. I thought 2 days was enough : ( Fuck internet and their bullshit. I read people saying they transplanted next morning of topping and all was fine. That's why we need your book to come out !!!

Which question are you wanting me to answer in your thread ? I don't understand...

My seeds are feminized so I shouldnt have that herm issue right ?

"Ok because I was seeing people saying they water till runoff the whole 5 galon pot and wait for it to dry but that would take for ever in my opinion. I'll go ahead and water 1 liter of nutes. How long do I wait till I refeed again ? Again 1 liter for a couple of days or weeks ? Sorry for these silly questions for you but they dont seem logical for me lol"

My question said, what do you think you should do? Im asking because i just want to know what youve read.

The fact they are fem seeds makes them MORE likely to herm than regs mate. Just depends how stable the genetics are.

I think I should do like you said and that's what I did. If you look at my todays pictures you can see only some of the coco has been watered/fed. Mmmmm ! Didnt know about feminized seeds being able to herm : ( I hope barneys farm blue cheese are stable genetics.
