So guys and gals today is Days 73/74 and what I'm calling Day 16 of Flower! We are at 100% under the @Cultiuana CT-720 and just got nutes and Silica yesterday.
They will be moving off of plain silica and starting Humboldt's Flower Stacker next nutrient feed as they enter week 3 of flower.
Last night, the tent got shifted as I said it would so:
The back row is Gizmo (ZDF) on the left and Chunk (Gelato-K c/o @CannaPot) on the right.
The front left is Spike (ZDF) and the middle Falkor (Sirius Black c/o @Weed Seeds Express) and the front right is our Gorilla Glue Super Lemon Haze in Spicoli.
Today's focal plant of the day since she has been hidden in the back is our i49 seeds GGSLH, Spicoli.
WHAT IS GORILLA GLUE SUPER LEMON HAZE
A majestic mash-up of two beloved strains that cannabis enthusiasts can’t get enough of. In the red corner is Gorilla Glue #4, notorious for its super gooey resin and couch-lock-inducing punch. And in the blue corner, we have Super Lemon Haze, peerless in the realm of citrusy and energizing Sativas. Their genes banded together to produce a vigorous, high-yielding plant that creates unrivaled euphoric relaxation. With these feminized seeds, you can now gain access to this most awesome of hybrids.
With a THC level up to 27%, this is not for the uninitiated. Such a high concentration is bound to produce a knockout blow if you aren’t careful. Veterans know that even the smallest amount will render one utterly useless for the entire day. As such, the best (and only) time to indulge is in the evening when all the necessary tasks are done or during the weekend for ultimate chillaxing.
HOW IT AFFECTS YOU
The first toke is undoubtedly Sativa – uplifting and energizing. The giddy euphoria will fool you into thinking that you can take on the world. HOW IT SMOKES
Containing an abundance of limonene, the primary aroma is ripe lemon. Nevertheless, it is not at all monotonal. There is an accompanying wet loam and pine scent that is redolent of an old-growth forest. Overall, the smell is like a gift from Mother Earth.
The flavor may not be what you expect – it is fruity and spicy, and will make your taste buds dance. Freshly-squeezed lemons cut through the sweetness, and the herbal piquancy of pine rounds it off. The smoke is incredibly smooth and easy on the throat.
GROWING GORILLA GLUE SUPER LEMON HAZE
Although GGSLH is classified as an Indica dominant, the plant’s characteristics are markedly Sativa. It is long-limbed and gangly, with wide spaces in between the nodes. The light green leaves are thin and pointy, developing a sparkly sheen of trichomes as the plant matures. The lemon-scented buds are oblong in shape and dusted with brown pistils.
Due to its tall height and spindly structure, it takes experienced hands to handle this strain. But having said that, newbies who have a suitable outdoor growing space or want to try their hand at low-stress training (LST) techniques could also take on the challenge.
