Gentics - Crop King Seeds Original White Widow (fem) and Blueberry (reg)
My temp of the room is 26 degrees Celsius 21 @ night
The humidity is @ 51%
Switched from RO water now to tap PH'd water (with cal-mag insertions)
Water temp is 19 degrees
18/6 light cycle
My light is a 1000 watt HPS

So, I have another gig to do.. This time I'll be in beautiful ALASKA, somewhere in the bush well outside Anchorage! (def will take some pics of the adventure)
Yet another satisfied client is up sizing there garden and has summoned me back to help choreograph the build. (I was their original "landscaper" and garden designer) So I'll be away for the next two weeks. This time probably without internet. So as always there will be someone taking care of the CK grow and taking pictures. I will get one of my workers here to upload pictures and updates while I'm gone. (every 3-4 days or so) Just to keep everyone informed on what's going on. Everyone here follows my general "rule of thumb" when it comes to growing, so he/she/they won't do a thing different then me, so no need to worry if it's me or not doing the updates for my journal for just a few days while I'm gone... Sorry everyone, but this is my life and what I do for a living.. :Namaste:

With all of that being said.

They have had their first stronger strength organic liquid feeding this morning (Fish-Mix 10L from Bio-biz with a NPK of 4-0-3 with PH'd tap water).... I have made my LST and tie down support system with metal fencing around each pot/basket. This allows me to train my plants for as long as I need throughout the grow. But it also in later dates will allow a good support system "bed rest" for when Super Cropping with my SCROG set up. (Don't worry, everyone will see when we get there ;) ) The plants are very healthy and growing vigorously. Also recovered from the "twisting" from out growing there cups... Here's a few pics Chris took this morning of the CK room and my fence training system.

I was busy on the phone with a client so I got one of my guys to take a few pics on his phone for me. I'll take better ones later or before I leave for work, (Alaska). But you can kind of see there growing fast and big. The blueberries are much more thicker and bushier then the white widows, but the white widows seem to be catching up pretty damn fast. They are only like 14 or so days old but growing fast. I'll hit you guys up tonight / tomorrow morning with more photos! :Namaste:

By the looks of things there going to be monsters

Nope, and yup.. They are going to get to a height of 24 inchs then I will be super cropping them and installing my SCROG, let them do their thing ;) then hit em with 12/12. I will be filling the net completely. 6x7 square (roughly) then the room will start taking it's shape and being eye candy :). Going to get rid of all "extras" below the netting (lollipoppin da shiz our of em) so I can easily get under to the plants in the back to water. And for better airflow.. a SCROG like this produces quite a bit of bud. in a 6x7x8 i usually only grow 5-6 plants max.. But I yield more then a guy with 20 lol...(I should really set up this room with auto water/feeder rig....) So, there will be ALLOT more going on here. Breeding and cloning, some mother plant LSTing... But as they say, "patience is a virtue" ;)

Looking good KG. I like where this is going. The fencing is a nice touch.

Thanks! Ya, it helps with the LST and even the HST.. Gives me something to tie down to with ease. It also allows my super cropped branchs to rest on the tops of the fence when super cropped.. I find this method works tremendously well for what I'll be doing. :)

May try a few next round like that, the ones with the weaker stems.
I don't think you'll regret it in the end. ;)

Bring a jacket, its cold up here:byebye:
Hope you get where ur going and back safely, while enjoying ur time!

Ohh your from Alaska. I'm originally from Newfoundland. So our winters are the same almost, 11 months of the year? hahaThanks tho Wolf. Appreciate it. Should be a fun gig. Alaska really reminds me of home... ^ Plus the client I'm seeing is a pretty laid back guy. Usually just let's me do my thing. Something's obviously working tho. He's upgrading from 25,000 sq ft to 120,000 sq ft. Makes me kind of feel good being there helping "new growers" with there garden design and layout/set-up and seeing them grow over the years. We create sort of a "family" bond.. All my clients know they can upgrade from my design at will. With whomever they choose, is at there own disposal. But for the past few years people have been willing to pay the extra $ to have me come back to them. So it's like we are growing together. So I guess Alaska in some weird way can be looked upon as another home away from home. :)

Seems like a nice all in one spot to learn plenty. Thx and good luck with the cross breeding.
Welcome ! Defiantly a place to learn a trick or two ;) Thanks again!:Namaste::thumb:
Taking notes KidGrow420.

:Namaste: Make sure you have a pack of HP pencils. (with erasers ontop!) and enojy the ride! :slide:

I'd 100% set up a watering/drip system! I did years ago before going full hydroponics and still do with my coco grows. hand watering sucks bro

Let me know if you need any help getting one up and going.

As Im eating my eggs and baky im making my last rounds of the day on my social networks before my flight lol..
I only hand water when I'm dealing with 5-6 plants... But it is getting annoying in there. I'll have to call my guy to come in when i get back from Alaska and take a look at it. See if it's worth it.. After my CK grow's I might just keep that little room up and going specifically for journals on here. Not sure.. As for the drip system. I already have a custom one set up on the other side of the walls that feeds over 1000 plants in 4 different rooms. So it would be easy for my guy to make a few holes and hook up that room to the rest. :) But thanks anyways DEAN I appreciate the offer and help! [I Love this community, everyone is there eager to help. Defiantly a place for me and a place to learn ! :) ] LOVE YOU ALL!!!!:Namaste:

OK, SO.. Just getting back my gig in Alaska. Spent a extra day there with my friend/client showing me everything. The size of the place is unreal. Not a single sole will ever realize where it is and what it is... Love it.. Anyways, back to the grow..

I left approx two weeks ago. When I left I was informed that my "employee" was "sick", and he brought his son in to help with the tasks in all my gardens.. Well his son took it upon himself to over feed my plants and turn up the heat to 35 and humidity to 25% cause that's what "He thought" was the "right" temperature and humidity ratio "for bigger buds" (naive kids....) .... He also ripped off some leaves on a few plants that had a bit of "nute burn" on the tips. (But he tells me he "knows" they would never recover.... Of course they would, less then 10% was damaged he said, "But from past experience they die" so he just ripped a few off the bottoms!!! ughhh..... Nothing to do but to recover and be zen about it all.. No sense in wasting more time and hair ( :/ ) over these minor mistakes. (it's just not the CK room, It's in my bigger gardens as well, which is why im a bit pissed... Anyways, all these are personal issues

SO, we have a bit of PH fluctuation issue's I see, a bit of heat stress... All in all their doing pretty good. Nothing we can't recover from with some Kelp extracts and humic acids. maybe some B1's alongside a proper balanced PH... The LSTing was successful. We have some really nice forking going on some of the plants. So I just finished removing the fence wrapping. I also took 5 clones from my blueberries to start the sexing process. Some people just hit em with 12/12 right away. I like to let them root for a few days first. Just so I'm not waisting a day or two on a potential dud. It allows a bit more time for the roots to stabilize the plant allowing almost 100% success rate when I clone. So I took these clones last night and today is day 1. I generally let them root for 4-7 days. Then switch them over.

SO, here's a look at what the roots look like, healthy indeed!

Here's me prying up his/her skirt to show the LSTing forks. Kind of hard with just two hands.

I noticed the kid didn't raise the lights when needed so there some minor heat stress. My thoughts of the situation was to, Flush with a humic acid, Kelp extracts and obviously some Yucca.. (For all those who don't know what "yucca" is simply a very good all natural wetting agent. Basically it makes water wetter. :) When added to water it disperses throughout the entire root zone. It also helps unclog your mediums. It's a excellent folliar spray as well.. It allows for proper water dispersion on the leaflet and you won't get them "water marks" anymore water will be evenly absorbed by the leaf. ;) ) With the this light flush of ingredients my plants should be recovered from any stresses completely within a week (depending on the situation of course). Here's my RAW water=soluable NPK YUCCA.
yucca1.jpg

Here is what they look like under the HPS.. You can visibly see a bit of nitro tox and heatstress..
IMG_129927.JPG

I also regained control of my room's enviroment.
IMG_127627.JPG

On this plant you can visibly see that effects of the humidity being to low. The leaves are a bit to dry and "crinkly". Dry air with high heat is just asking for a bunch of issues. Thank god I wasn't gone any longer. It seems they where worried about the bigger gardens then this one, so they did minor work (if that's what you want to call it) and left em. Anyways.... Moving on...

So it's just about that time to start taking some cuttings to verify sex of my blueberries. Should be standard knowledge now on how to take clones. So I'm just going to push through this..

Here is my 1" rockwool cubes
IMG_129033.JPG

As my "rooting solution" I use all natural Aloe Vera I grow in my backyard.

Here's my cuttings in the humidity dome before I place them under my 35 watt T8 double tube plant lights.
IMG_129726.JPG

I also will start using Root Booster (Organic) for my every other feeding.
IMG_129126.JPG

Ok, so with that all done and caught up. Overall, even when I was away and the plants went through some "choppy weather" they still look vigorous, and have tight internodel separation (from using HPS since seed ;) ) about a inch and a quarter separation. Anything 2 inch or less is preferred. Nice bushy bush's ! They are already starting to smell and show signs of "early sugar ;) " and have very thick robust stocks and stems. My knuckles knuckled up great and are strong and my stocks are fattening up as we speak.

They currently are 12 inch's tall. When I find the fathers (if any, hope for one at least ((crossed fingers)) ) Ill be separating them to a different location so prepare for seed harvest. Then will be super cropping every other plant I have. Giving them a week to recover then hitting em with 12/12 and the fun really begins. :)

PS: Sorry for the delay folks. Between work and the holidays I'm swamped. Let alone new years coming up and my birthday 5 days after that... lol But some side good news is I'll be attending the 2016 cannabis cup in Holland this coming year!!! I hope it doesn't get canceled like last year. :/ Should be fun. I'm trying to also get a vendor spot on location in the heart of it all.. But having some issues with paperwork. But I'm still going to try! There's my "sneak peak" to my "Amsterdam Journal I'll be making here on :420: ! :Namaste:

Hey Kidgrow! Glad to have you back but no one is happier then your ladies! Yeah sometimes leaving town is a necessity and trusting someone is truly so hard to do. No one takes care of your own girls like you do right? So when you see these changes it is like someone coming and beating your dog while you were away. Ugh. I feel ya. But they are back in your hands now and plenty thankful I am sure! For all the non metric peeps, 35C is 95 degrees Fahrenheit!!!!! They thought they were brought straight to the Sahara desert lol. I would be pissed too. Glad they are bouncing back man. You will get them straight!
I just had house guests the last three days so couldn't make it down to the garden. I planned for it but am still a bit nervous about the girls. We will see in 5 hours lol.
