Thank you Newty, when I planned this garden I was joking with Mrs Chro saying I wanted them shaped like a bowl holding buds in the middle. She couldn't understand what I meant so I done the "rise the dead up" arms that evil ice dude does in game of thrones ;)

It's either that or Hanukkah has come early in the Chro household

I'd rather know what I'm doing then just doing it right makes it so much easier. It's been a long road buddy truly but your a legend now with that heart of yours buddy .
 
Can't upload pics at the mo so will have to get a dialogue going instead ;)

Can any of you fine people please offer me some advice on how to clone plants or point me in the direction of a good journal that starts with the basics?

I've read up a bit but need to see it in action rather than have some thousand or so words whirring around my head ;)
 
Look at cloning for dummies here awesome thread .

Lots of humidity is alll I know buddy I have failed three times trying to clone lol

It looks easy on paper but I've seen the jubilation when one manages to root in other journals so gather it's not an easy task ;)

It is always about right environment. Not sure how much clones need for grow base or any nutes I'd guess around 300-400 ppm maybe ?

Again I don't like guessing wish I knew let's see I know intheshed is attempting cloning , sure a few others are doing it as well .

But shed has some great info on his threads .

I'm reading Robert Connel Clarke at the mo, it's very informative but without sounding like a six year old I need more pictures!

Hey Joe! I have . % success rates with all sorts of clones! I wish I knew where it was in my journal with pics

I just snip the branch close to the main stem with clean snippers. I have rooting gel that I dip it in than it goes straight into a moist jiffy pellet or rooter. Under a clear dome or plastic container. I also clip a few fans to refocus the energy to roots...I always see roots this way within 10-12 days, my record is 7 days;) I've taken both veg and all the way to 3 weeks flower. It's fun and addictive. Good luck, hit me up with questions if you have.

I hope anyone having a quick look appreciates the effort, I’m stoned out of my b******s ;)

A second stretch started yesterday which was expected but still surprising when I opened up earlier

I hope so KJ, I've increased the wind factor in the tent today, should toughen them up into sturdy, stubborn so and so's ;)
