Creating Female Seeds Using Colloidal Silver - With High Brix

I hope so to lol I think they will cause I have another red poison going in my sponsored grow for mgo n it is way farther along in flower then my cs treated girl and is still shooting out white pistals but had stoped for about a week then jus started shooting them out everywhere an fox tailing but the triches on her r still cloudy n jus ever so slightly turning Amber so I think this seed run girl shud do gud
 
Good day everyone!

I never grew cannabis before and I have 5 lowryders And 5 northern lights, both seeds are autoflowering and feminized got them 5 months ago.

Here in South america is pretty hard and risky to get seeds, And because of that, the plan is to produce feminized seeds.

The ideia is to use only things I have in my garage (If needed i can improve with something).

2. 9w led lâmp with 810 lumens each (6400k).

And

2. 9w led lâmp with 810 lumens each
(3000k).

1. 47,0cm x 39,8cm x 72,5cm with Bright white coating.

1. 120mm fan cooler for outtake will be added tomorrow (I will also make a smaller hole And let the pressure work for intake).

10L. 50%coco + 20% vermiculite + 30% perlite.

50ml. GH Flora Grow.
50ml. GH Flora Bloom.
50ml. GH Flora Micro.

500ml. Auroscience Colloidal silver (its a well known Brand in Brazil, they use an 15000v arch to make 40ppm pure CS)

Is It possible to make it work with this humble setup? If no, wich improvements should be done?
 
Hi G2G. I don't see why your setup wouldn't work. As long as you're able to grow those girls out and flower them I don't see any reason you would not be able to make fem pollen and beans. I take small clones and reversed with CS under one CFL and that was a success. I'm not familiar with autos however but think you should be good. Good Luck!

Allsmiles, Thanks for your words, i added 4 more lamps And a fan cooler, i think its time to germinate my seeds!
 
Hi guys quick question is the banana thing what holds the pollen or is there sumthn else jus wondering when I shud move it away from my other females also wondering so I know what to look for to be able 2 collect the pollen
 
I don't know if this has been covered but has anyone used "Natural Path Silver Wings Colloidal Silver Mineral Supplement, 50 Ppm" it's $12/bottle and comes in a spray bottle. Seems like it would work nicely to me but I haven't tried it yet.
 
Ok so just alil update on my seed run red poison auto I got another popping up right next to the one I had like they r touching Thts how close it is just wondering if I shud get it away from my females yet and also what part does the pollen sit in is it the or is it sumthn else?? Ok this is what I was talkn about in the above post I just cliked post reply b4 I added my pics lol but yea the bottom pic is jus to show tht I still have sum buds tht r pretty much all white hairs the last pic dnt do them justice lol but u get what I mean also the buds tht r almost all dun growing but still put out white hairs like just one to three lol hairs in random spots on a bud will those work to receive pollen??

Those few little yellow petals in the middle of that bud are the makings of a male flower. Once those yellow petals open they will drop the pollen (if they haven't already!). Once the flowers are pollinated the seeds require at least 30 days to grow to viable status. Oftentimes these reversals will also self-pollinate, but you can also shake off some of that pollen and apply to another plant in flower.

Sorry I can't offer more on those autos as I'm a bit ignorant on the timing and such.
 
I also have an update on my seed project.

Here is the reversal plant (Rare Dankness 501st OG). I've been spraying it with 63ppm CS solution for about 2 weeks and have finally seen some reversal evidence on a few bud sites.

Here are a couple of the bud sites starting to show signs of reversal. One thing I've noticed is the mid/lower sites tend to reverse before the top ones. This has been the case every time I've done it.

The plants that will receive the pollen are in week 3 and if my timing is right, they should be ready to receive some pollen in another week or so. Hopefully these male flowers will be beginning to ripen and have some viable pollen at the same time.

Its been awhile since I provided an update on my Serious 6 fem project. Not much to really update once you pollinate the recipient plant. Just a waiting game but the seeds have turned out!

Ok so im noticing a few more nanners but i dnt see any sacs or nuthn where do they show up shud they be underneath the nanners or under the bud the nanner is sticking out of??
 
At this point Blazin I don't know if your going to see pollen sacs. I'm not familiar with autos tho. You may want to pull out one of them nanners and give it a little pinch. You should hopefully see some yellow powder on your fingers. If so you can chuck that pollen on to bud sites and should have viable fem seeds after 30 days.
 
Well I ended up with about 5 seeds trying to open pollinate. I think you really need a good sized plant to do open-pollination. Thankfully I got enough pollen off of the reversal clone I made that I can probably brush it onto a cola later and get a lot more seeds.

I think what I should probably do is save those 5 for a seed crop, reverse one with CS under 12/12 a few weeks before the others to make sure there's lots of pollen going around. I also have enough pollen to make some interesting crosses with brushing-on.
