Thanks for actually taking the time to come up with a reasonable explanation on GC Bob. 95% of people there now just want to be rude or sarcastic, seldom helping anyone. Putting in the littlest effort possible to help fellow growers solve an issue. Very irritating. I find it hard to believe I've overdone anything with fulvic (I use veryyy little) as we talked about some weeks ago. And now I know I didn't because you definitely hit it on the head with the neem foliar. So thank you very much for that! :high-five:

I have that exact thing but its 2 rows - a big square ... I have a bunch of the linear COBs so I wanted to try the square setup. I highly recommend the 1750s + 3K's... like you mentioned.

The 3K lamps I use in VEG too... I think that's where my size if coming from. Just run them about 80%. When I flip, all the plants take like 7-12 days to show flowers while stretching. I think since the 3K was used in VEG and again in Flower, its taking the plant a longer time to adjust to the time change (my guess based on working with these plants) ... finish time is not affected. So if you go with the combo.. don't freak if your flowers take a bit to get going. Won't slow down the process, it's just different.

Chemdawg Clone of CLones took 2 weeks to show me flowers and finished @ 67 days and could have chopped sooner but visitors.... trimming the Chem now and gassed.

Chem done and in the cans @ 3.75 zips dried/trimmed. She was a decent sized plant but I didn't clean her under skirt enough so there was so quality trim from more LAF than I like but hey.

Average yield for me for Chemdawg.

Now trimming the PMB Poly hybrid ... about to try a some testers.

Note to self, don't put mutant plants in with flowers... This one could well have turned into a disaster. On top of being a poly hybrid I have at least 6 seeds already and only about 1/5 trimmed. She could have easily turned into a he/she. In the middle of my flower grow. Would have been a disaster. I couldn't find any male bits... but the seeds were on the main stems up right at the stem covered completely by flowers. The seeds came from the calyx that are right on the main stems... not in the flowers. Single seed attached at the stem, very weird.

I took a few pics. Will upload them tomorrow.


Oh and the smell of this plant ... never smelled anything like it. Smelled like bubble gum for a while and now after chop, she smells like some sort of cleaning chemical .... not in a good way either. Like Mr Clean mixed with bad after shave and strong A/F.

Thanks Laquer... and that is exactly why I came over here. Even when Coots was active, it got tiring... guys would even be rude to Coots sometimes. I spent most of my time here and read Coots in a few threads, it was even worse on IC. 420mag rocks... everyone is so much more positive and helpful here. I can feel the love. It's awesome.
Bro there was a guy here about a year ago... he's sadly not here any longer but he always had perfect plants and used like a 1/4 cup/gal water (which is a lot) of Ful-Power weekly so I know that little bit you use is not going to hurt anything. I use a cap full and foiler. I don't usually water in with it but I do in VEG some.
 
Hey Bob.
I seen some post about malt barley flour as a roping for soil.... I think @GodOfPot had a couple post about it. I didn't know if you could point me to some more info in this. I don't even know if I could use this with bottle nutrients (cns17). Any info would be great.

I bought my malted barley off amazon. I use a little Ninja smoothie thing to grind mine up.

I top dress about every 10-15 days and I also throw two tablespoons in with my EWC and Kelp Meal for my ACT.

I just went to a brew craft store to see if they had any... they didn't... but the guy was a dick about it... "why would you use good grain in your soil" ... "thats just a waste of good grain" and on and on... I just up and turned around mid sentence and walked out. Jeez I just wanted malt barley buddy. Seems like I'll hope on Amazon.

If anyone knows of an online spot in Canada when I can get soil amendments?

@Guy Cavallero has gone through the process of single sourcing a bunch of amendments in Canada, you should check him out. He might be able to point you in the right direction. Of course Bobrown is pretty up to speed on where to get stuff as well so he might know!

I`m going stateside on Sunday for a couple days, so I stopped by a local nursery today to check things out in regards to what they have in stock...they have started carrying more amendments than they did last year...Yay!!!...EWC and Mycos still seem harder to source locally(NWO)...will still have to pick those up this trip...they have also upped their Nute game as well, I would guess anticipating the wave of new growers that should be happening this year...cheerz...h00k...:rollit:

Yeah its for sure different. I have Buffalato #3 going she's just showing pre-flowers day 14 of 12/12. Things get going pretty quick after this tho... I'll get some pics up.

I only have DT #8 I think in late flower and she's getting close but not all that picturesque... sorta like a big ugly old fat lady with a flower colored MuMu. not that there's anything wrong with that.. but just big giant fan leaves that are turning yellow wrinkled up and falling off as I type.

I'll post some pics up when I get some time. It's spring here finally for a day or so @80F (25C), tomorrow back to 40F .. that change should be electrifying...yikes. Not looking forward to that. I think Canada/upstate NY/NE there's snow in forecast.

Nice work on these plants. Lanky though, aren't they? OG is strong in these probably, buds looks a lot like it. Not surprised about the potency after all.
