I think my tent is 90" - the ceiling is almost touching the ceiling in the room and it's not quite 8'. The tent is actually upside down if you look close enough. The intake flaps are at the top. Once I set it up, too late to stop me now.

If you want them to get big, put them in bigger pots. If you want them manageable put them in a #3 pot and amend the soil monthly.

I run them in 7.5gal pots and IF they get too tall I tie them back out of the lights. If they grow past the lights they stop a few inches later.... most of the time.
7-8 ft tall plants indoors can happen. Lights and soil.

Slurricane are at eye level now and still going up daily. Flowers are setting tho so the stretch should stop soon.

Hope so because here's my VEG room.
Another Slurry in the back and a bunch of Jellium getting big plus PMB x DT and clones + Chem91. Getting busy.

No worries just check out pics... I'm just getting going again. Summer was low key for me this year and I'm paying the price right now catching up.

On the nanners, yup blessing. 100+ days in flower and a sneeze can make them nanner. I usually take that as a harvest time msg. I always get them on the long running sativa.

That's the "new" math. :yummy: Since it was a clone and as soon as a few roots - can go right into flower since she's a mature plant already (same age as doner mother).

It works and won't be doing it again for a while for sure on that.

These DT I can run 120+ days in flower. If it was a mother she may have been in VEG for 6 months already. So maybe 9 -10 months now. The DT #10 is that old prolly.

I used to get impatient when running these long flowering plants but the yields and the quality is there so it all evens out. in 60 days I can get 7 zips from a hybrid and in 120 days I sometimes can get 14 zips or close from the DT.

Long VEG time gets some big branchy plants. Lots of branches = lots of colas.

Interesting at lights out. I can tell as soon as lights out, terpines are everywhere. Can smell them 2 stories down with filters running.

From out in the hall it smells like chem with a bit of fruit mixed in. Up close the Slurries all smell slightly different. Sweet and pungent mostly with a chem overtone.
In the AM at lights on or shortly after, all sweet berry smell like cherry candies. Its not strong yet but its getting there.

Thanks Birdie... They are getting going for sure. I like the #3 she's a beast and I only took 1 cut and its slowly petering out. I hope I get a root soon.

Slurricane #3 - had to tie her back this AM from the lights. She grew another 3" taller overnight after this pic was taken at lights out the night before.

My older sister lives 3 floors up and hates harvest time. Personally, it seems to be pretty contained to me, but to those who are sensitive...
 
Naaah, is women wear some nasty perfumes sometimes,,, stinky buggers, but still they do.
Cheese with mold... Stinky but people love it...
List is long... Use them as arguments when someone is complaining about stinky weed. ;)

When you grow a complete mystery plant,, it can be the most fun grows... Will she hit the top of my tent and have to be tortured,,, and not stretch at all and leave ya and kick yourself in the ass saying I should've vegged her a tad more? And end up with a mini plant? I no preconceived notions of what you just grew.......... But if you grabed a cut,, and she rocks,, well good lesson learned........ And none of us knows how to actually grow a 100% plant of any strain, till we grow that same plant,, 2 maybe 3 times,, times,,, then you should have figured a way to get close to 100% of her..... Mister BBrown be dealing with some 'overgrow' afew times in the past... Now he's taming the bitches........

Just to say something,,, and don't know why I'm putting that 2 cents back it,,, but IF you know you got a plant that will be a runnaway train,, is afew things to do that might shave off acouple inches. I grow with HID lights mainly. My bread and budder lights... They come in 2 main lamps,,, HPS and MH. As taught,,, HPS or for aggressive flowering. MH are veg bulbs. But if you know your going to get a taller plant than really wanted from her,,, Stop any nitro feed and up the calcium double recommended.And try keeping the MH bulb in for the first week of transition into flower,, than kick in the HPS for almost all the rest... The last 3-4 days they claim it's good to throw some more UVblue on the buds.
