Here is a quickie of the Auto as she started training today. In 7 hours she had already got her top pointing towards the LED. I ran out for work and left the camera on and killed the battery. By morning will be able to show recovery. I don't tie but hang weights on them instead.
This looks extreme but plant keeps growing and all branches are on the same level. Getting equal light and opening up center of the plant for air and light to lower nodes.

by morning she will have her top turned back toward the LED but will be 4 inches shorter.
