I've never seen a CO2 system like yours in use.
Only in journals and media.
It would seem more comfortable thing to do when having to fill or swap tanks now that I live in a legal state.
I would have had the fear of "what are you gonna do with that CO2?" question from the gas business.
How many tanks would you recommend having on hand? How long does a tank last? And lastly, how much does a tank cost?
I can usually get a week or more out of a bucket.
I really don't know how much I'm putting in the room but I can smell it, until the bubbling gets real slow.
The cost of the grains is negligible, as well as the yeast.
I use a little over four cups of sugar per bucket, and can get about 3 buckets out of a ten pound bag. So my CO2 is relatively cheap,
but not quantifiable.
