Currently trying to assist someone with an online course, and due to my inexperience on the computer (they asked the wrong guy) I'm having a difficult time finding time periods for when criminal profiling was introduced into law enforcement. I know Dr. Bond introduced a means to understand Jack the Ripper through analysis of crime scenes and murder victims. I know it's left field on a site geared more towards recreation, but some of the wisest people I know smoke. If you can help with a link great, if you know info w/ resources it would be even better.
