Hey there CM stopping by to say yer killin it buddy! I saw your posts over at Bucks "eye candy" thread and felt the need to stop but and share some love your way. Love the indoor garden setup and the ladies are loving you big time.

The Greenhouse looks crazy (I'm jelly) ... I can only imagine 3 months from now.... it will be jolly green Giants in there. Glad to see organics FTW! Yeah buddy! :yummy: ..... :thumb: ..... :passitleft:

I have a vague third person type & long winded family oriented question for you my trusted 420 friends that I need an outsiders point of view and advice on and would be as follows:

What if after ten plus long grueling years of watching over both your elderly parents (your late mother who had a few serious heart attacks between 2007 & 2012 and father who's losing his cognitive thinking) and their healthcare needs for free as well as their home & properties daily upkeep and lets not forget remodeling their house from top to bottom before that for nothing but a roof over your head (and was all done in order to earn the equity left in the property before they passed on) would any of you do if they reneged on the offer of getting the property refinanced after the work was done and then had your four siblings who all drink & believe in gods sweep into the picture and start gaslighting you by conspiring behind your back saying that you drink and snort cocaine (which is all 100% lies in my case) or that you owe your folks tons of money for past rent or best yet that you're a psychologically disturbed drug addict because I/you consume medical cannabis which I myself have been smoking since the age of fifteen & without a word from any of my siblings and all while they now try to screw you/me out of the family farm and non-profit business of growing medical marijuana? Hope ya all got that insane crap!

Anyhow, I'm really curious as to what any of you would do in this sticky situation and appreciate any and all kind feedback on the subject as I'm dumbfounded to say the least from where I'm sitting as I've never heard of nor seen such things in all my fifty-four years of living. Shooting the family caregiver who took care of their own mother and father & all in lieu of money and power! Grrrrr!

Oh boy! I can relate to a degree not as far as what you've just described. My wife and I moved back from Australia to America to help renovate her parents house for putting on sale. Her mother is not all there and her Dad didn't want to be near her semi insane mother. All I can say is there is simply zero reasoning with crazy. her mother also told her entire family that I was a freeloader and was lazy even though I was sanding and painting her walls, giving her 2 acre lawn a face lift to match the other houses on their street and tiled and re did 5 bathrooms in this mansion sized home she essentially lived in by herself. I don't dare try to bring anyone who believe in something down, even if it's fairies. Who am I to burst there bubble. I personally grew up raised through catholic schools in the tropics when if you didn't wear knee high socks you'd get the cane (whip). So it goes without saying I have no belief or faith in any religion. I won't go into a rant about my opinion on religions as I don't think this is the place for it.

What I suggest you do is collect as much info you can on the work you've done. Gather receipts, gather photos and think of those who are not sane who can back up your story. Otherwise you're only option is to cut your losses and move forward. Sorry if this wasn't much help. Just sharing my p.o.v with you :) Best of luck CM

Thanks for the kind feedback Growlow & I hear ya on the not ranting when it comes to my views on religion here in cyberspace as I don't wanna ruffle any feathers or offend anyone here at 420 magazine but let's just say my faith is not based in things that I cannot see, hear, or touch which is my version of the real stuff.
And as far as me cutting my loses and running for the hills well that's what a lawyer I spoke with said to do than file a civil lawsuit against the estate right afterwards to get what I've earned & I'm taking steps on looking into as I stand to be out over $150,000.00 dollars in unpaid labor and cold hard cash that I dumped back into building my own small non-profit gardening business and I cannot afford to lose by any stretch of the imagination.

I have a very similar story. For the last 10 years or so, I've been paying for the rent and other odds and ends, like petrol and bandwidth. It has cost me a small fortune, but I'm lucky enough to earn a good living so not all bad. Anyway, there are now 4 salaries under one roof so I decided to dial back my financial contributions. Then I heard from my brother, what a piece of shit I am and how can I do this when I know my sister has to send her child to daycare and how expensive it is. LOL!! I fail to understand the logic at play here. Family can really stick that knife in and then break the handle off for good measure.

Start thinking of your own needs CM. Be selfish, because as you've seen, there is no loyalty in this world. Only people trying to take advantage of other people. Do whatever you need to do to make sure you come out ok, and to hell with everyone else.

Thanks for your logical minded feedback also Blaze, it's much appreciated.:thankyou: It's really funny how both you and Growlow as well as my close friends here all understand where I'm coming from as to where my four siblings all call me a psychotic drug addict while they share in the money that I've saved our folks over the years and with me getting tossed into the streets, or at least that's what they are trying to do after fifteen years of my hard unpaid labor & I'm gonna fight tooth and nail trust me.:lot-o-toke:

I'm coming in a tough moment I can see. Family stuff is one of the most difficult to deal with if the family doesn't deserve to be called family anymore. I say protect yourself on all fronts, maybe get into legal guardian game if that works in Cali. I really don't have a clue what you can do legally to get what you deserve.
 
I'm confident you will come out ok CM. You seem like a fairly determined guy.

Thanks for the support C. and when is there not a tough moment when family is involved? Mine is totally off the wall which I contribute to their life long consumption of alcohol and something I quit when I was a young kid to where they all hate me now because I don't wanna be part of them or their more than illicit activities as all that does is make me guilty by association in my opinion and I won't do on principle alone since I'm not a sheep who follows. Been there, done that, and ended up going to jail in the past and I won't do again trust this chap!

Thanks L.A.! I'll do my best to get through this without causing them to much pain but if I don't look out for #1 as you said then I cannot continue to help out my fellow man by means of growing medical cannabis which is my dream here in the good ol' U.S.A.! Anything they don't like or approve of they try to destroy in kind which is the sign of a narcissistic sociopath according to psychology and what I've been studying during the past ten years time to make heads & tails of what they're doing behind the scenes.
