Closet Farming With Barney's Gorilla Zkittlez, G13 Haze, Triple Cheese & More

Ok, so what is the shortest amount of time that I can keep the girls in the one gallon pots before I transplant and flip?
I'm not having luck with another space to veg. I would be fine with smaller plants,I just don't want the GZ to get to big.

Good Saturday morning,VG!
I'd say that when she gets 1/3 as tall as you'd like her to end up,transplant and flip to 12/12.
It's not really definite how much she'll stretch-I flipped mine at 7" and 8"(Quadlined),and they ended up 16 & 18" tall, they both stretched about 10",flipped on day 35 from sprout...

I also skip the one gallon pots, but that's more laziness than growing strategy...:)
Just a suggestion-it worked for me-I'm sure whatever you choose to do will work out just fine.

Good afternoon carcass.
I plan on transplanting as soon as the soil will hold together. I'm already seeing roots at the bottom and its only been five days since transplant. I bet another five and I'll be able to do it. GZ will be in her pot for about nine days by then. I'm only really concerned about her getting too tall, she supposed to be the tallest plant.
I think that I should have skipped the one gallons as well.

Gorilla Zkittlez is taking to her training. Looking really good.
G13 Haze looks the most Indica to me yet she's supposed to be the highest percentage of Sativa in the tent.
The Blue Shark girls look awesome today.

I did top the CBD Blue Shark and the G13 Haze.
Love my gz but all 4 are different to each other . They are colouring up at 15 days which is a 1st for me in such time. love how they grow.
looking great Vg

same cycle as me cass. same method too. quads will hopefully encourage them to support themselves. loved tour grow mate. a lot to be learned if followed for a new grower too.

Supercrop! Mr. Sauga just did it in one of his girls, if you didn’t already see it.

If you've got a hammer and a sharp chisel in the workshop, that'll do it-or just some good diagonal cutters-that tomato cage wire is pretty soft stuff...
If you use the hammer and chisel,be sure to wear eye protection...
You don't want to have to relate the story of "How I put my eye out with a tomato cage";)

Here Ms. V
These even will cut through 12 gauge high tensile wire.
Tomato cage is like butter.
American made, the others don't. Home Depot.

I sure did, on both plants. Better yet, Shed has a thread dedicated to it in case you have not been there VG.
Hows & Whys Of Supercropping
Shed is one of my heroes along with You, Prof and emilya among others. Seeing them demonstrate their growing as they do is brilliant to use as a guide. Shed has some "dark garden" knowledge going on from generations of Dark Art Horticulture. Do love some of the ideas and methods thrown up on here.

Hi V, talk about missing alerts! Me too! Oh well. I see you're green ladies are fabulously clicking along with your help! Happy Sunday
#MeToo . seems to be a 420 common issue now. I miss so many notification alerts to threads i follow.

Hows & Whys Of Supercropping
I supercropped this monster today , she has 27inch Colas on a quadlined girl , towered above her neighbours so had to regain canopy control. Did 5 mains to bring them closer to her other mains.

Hey y'all. I've been very busy lately so excuse my lack of response.
I guess I'll start off with the topic of super cropping.
I super cropped the Himalaya Gold on my last grow. I'd like to stay away from doing it again if possible. The HG had hollow stems that didn't take well to super cropping. Everything I bent nearly broke and everything on those branches was subpar at harvest. I was constantly retaping and supporting them.

I transplanted the zombie into a one gallon. She will probably become a mother plant. Everything else looks the same, slightly over fed. I need to reduce the Mega Crop on the next feeding just a tad. My leaves are a dark spruce green instead of a healthy looking grass green.

Hey Vg things are looking very nice here :thumb:

I love to see some Barney's strains grown out I've got a couple going myself and would love to see what you will do with them

Nice job GG! :thumb:
Thank you Mr Sauga. do like a good supercropping here and there. should have done it a week back but dithered about ruining such a potentially long set of colas. lol. only day 16 of flower so should have time to make use of the technique still. saw the gaps they could lay nicely in so took the shot. fingers crossed they cope with it.

Welcome aboard N420.
I think I've seen you around Professors journal of I'm not mistaken. If not,I'm glad to have you here just the same.
Every grow is a new journey and I'm curious to see the outcome of this one as well.
