Sorry, I didn't sleep much last night. We had a bad storm and things are dicy for a bit there. When I finally went to bed, I was awoke by the fan in my tent. It was screeching terribly, I think the bearings are sticky. So I shut that off and went back to bed. About an hour later something was wrong with my air conditioner and it was streaming water onto my floor. This is extra bad because there is a 700lb fish tank right there.
But I'm here now, albeit very, very tired.
You’re not kidding! We flew into TX just before a storm hit and it was the scariest flight I’ve ever been on. The plane dropped like a roller coaster and the flight attendant hit the ceiling and then the floor. Thank god we landed right after that. Lol, I’m not such a great flyer ever since then!Minnesota T-Storms are brutal, no wonder everyone around where I live is always crabby the next day.
The thunder shakes a stick built house up here.
I know where your at it's just as bad.
Texas T-Storms are just as brutal.
Remember yesterday when I said it feels like tornado weather? They issued a tornado watch about two hours after I wrote that. We ended up getting a really bad storm with rotation but no touchdown.Minnesota T-Storms are brutal, no wonder everyone around where I live is always crabby the next day.

The part that I hate the most is that the kids get so frightened. I remember being small and scared from the weather.
Sounds like a normal gate taxi at DFW.You’re not kidding! We flew into TX just before a storm hit and it was the scariest flight I’ve ever been on. We get wicked storms. They shake the whole house and last time , they set off car alarms.Hopefully, you get some quality shut-eye tonight-it sounds like
there's not much left to go wrong...
I've only been in one real t-storm in my life-in Colorado-I thought I'd heard thunder before, but that storm showed me what real thunder& lightning sounds like...Cali has things they call t-storms,but they're nothing compared to the real ones..
Tornados do sound like trains, creepy right!?!it sounded like a train was in my ears

I was standing outside watching the hair on my arms stand up from the electricity in the air.
Then I decided to get my arse inside. Huge lightening storm for three hours that night, lots of trees down.
I'm familiar with Hutch. Lol.I lived near Hutchinson, MN. Totally agree with you Ms. V.
That's pretty rare to see that. I've only seen that happen twice in my life.We had something crazy up here this last spring.
It was during a blizzard and there was thunder and lightning. That was a first for me.
I'm familiar with Hutch. Lol.
You ever been to Winona? Redicuously beautiful.I thought about just writing Hutch, but didn't.
