Closet Farming With Barney's Gorilla Zkittlez, G13 Haze, Triple Cheese & More

Glad to see everyone is doing good!! :cheer:
Which set of leaves did you lose? For a quad, all you need is two sets of nodes (usually 3&4), so don’t write it off altogether.
Highya HH.
I took off the first 3, they were crumbling. I took off set 3 yesterday. I still have 4-7, with 7 just starting. Really stoned.. Sense did I make?

She's looking great,VG!
Very impressive, bringing her back like that....let the training begin!

Hi HH. Would you say it's safe to say it's ok to use the 2 best looking nodes that are together? Sometimes one side is wonky and I wouldn't want it for a main.
Hi Otter! I think it would work just fine. Asesino85’s method is the one I follow, but I’ve seen several similar variations that work great too. I believe he chooses node 3&4 because they provide a solid support for the plant later, as it gains bud weight on top.. Im curious, what do you mean by wonky?

Some of mine I've noticed might have a node where one side branch is pitifully thin and the other side normal. I wouldn't want to have to use that one.

Right after this picture I was closing up my tent when the door knocked G13 Haze over and she fell on her head.:( It didn't appear the she broke anything but who knows. I just have to watch her and hope that she's ok.

What a craptastic morning.

I was going to start training today( and go to a parade, and make budder and cookies) however Mr.Ground and I have contracted a virus of some sort and will be watching Bob Ross from bed. Weird virus, it makes me feel like I'm drunk or something. Should be a fun weekend.

The G13 Haze will be fine. Make sure you look after yourself though. We've just had a family virus over a couple days last week. Bob Ross sounds good.

I just looked at her again, she's back praying to the light already. Lol.

I may still make budder.... the kids are gone with their grandparents for the day. It's kinda the only good time to do this unless I want to wait another week.

I hate being sick but I hate it worse when Mr.Ground is sick. He's very vocal about his discomfort.

GZ will need to be fed again soon. I'm going to add just a bit of their cal-mag product. She is showing a very slight deficiency progress.
Last feed was 4 grams/ gallon of the Mega Crop original formula pHed to 6.25.
She still has a bit of edema in her new growth. Hopefully that improve as she dries out further.
The spots on her left leaf are new.

Babies are looking great!

Except for those couple leaves on the GZ,they're all looking super happy!
So what's the long range plan for the GZ? (top, lst, quad, just let her go?)

Hope you're feeling a lot better today,VG,and Mr.G too-being sick during the summer really bites.

I'm still feeling crappy. I fell asleep immediately after posting.
Could the GZ be showing signs of becoming root-bound? Might be worth having a look at the roots. Hope you're felling a bit better VG
:passitleft:
She has been in her new soil for about a week. I can see her roots now because she's in a clear bottomed pot. I think the old soil around her root ball is causing problems. It doesn't dry out as fast.

No idea. I'm going to look at her better tomorrow. I'm a bit unsteady still and don't want to screw things up. I was thinking of quadding her to slow her down, let the other two catch up.

Doesn't the young Lady make you made sometimes?

Sending good vibes for you and Mr G.
