it's not all that it's cracked up to be :,, most often, so many people want to go there, that you just about run them over getting into the parkig lot, then when you leave, you will often have to wait for that idiot in fornt of you with 100 items, divided into 25 transactions, 1/2 of them WIC, with 4 screaming kids, all in the 12 item or less line...
So true. Imagine the biggest store ever that actually has nothing. No selection at all.
The worst thing about the one here is that they have about 1000 checkout stands but only 2 are open with lines 80 people deep.
They also have the self checkout registers but those are either broke or has somebody on it that gets confused using the damn thing because it talks and has all of those pretty lights to distract them from scanning and paying for their crap.
This is evil but I once saw a documentary about the walmart business ethics and how they discriminate and destroy small biz. The big wig from wally world had a meeting where he brought survielence video of people that would fill up their cart with impulse buys, come to their senses at checkout and leave the cart full in the checkout aisle and leave the store. This bugged the big wig to no end becuase they not only would not sell that big cart of impulse buys but they had to pay for the man power to put that stuff back on the shelves. So the big wig started hatching schemes to get those people thru checkout before they came to their senses.
Armed with this ammo sometimes I go into that store, load up a cart with crap, take it to a checkout and leave it. But then I go back into the store and grab the one or two things I went there for. I know it's mean but that store has screwed alot of people and I just like to do my part in being a pia for their master plan.
