Yeah I think some superthrive, very light does would be good in a cloner !

I don't know about that. I believe the lack of nutrients promotes root growth as it is searching for more nutrients. Just an opinion though. No need for anything but tap water in there, it works fine.

The only thing I would add is some IBA. Many garden centers have IBA listed as root stimulator or something like it. Just look at the ingredients. But as OGr said nothing is really necessary. I usually add nothing.

Well, made one the next day and I'll be doing some topping in a few days. Note: the best Walmart air pump is a peice of junk. They were close - should have known better.

Well I was thinking on putting recharge which is bennies in the little 1/4 hole for my tap roots coming out of moist papertowels. What do you think about that og ?

Nope. I don't even know what a "Bennie" is.
I only use two products one for veg and one for bloom that's it.

All is now down to 62%. Got 16 and 1/8 ounces. Not bad, but was hoping for better. I think less than perfect performance was due to having some root issues due to too high temps. Temps are better now, but need to fix my central ac and/or add water chillers before next summer.

Almost cured now for sampling

Oh and for reference those jars sizes are large 2L (a little more than a half freedom gallon, less than half of a queens gallon) medium 1L (a little more than a freedom quart), and small 500ml ( A little bigger than a freedom pint).

I don't know how well you did with your IB, OG, but I was bummed. It grows well and didn't give me any real problems, but didn't amount to much. What I did get, I loved! Lovely taste and smell to it. I'd guess I ended up with 7-8 American ounces. I'll definitely give it another shot, but nothing but some LST and plenty of vegging. Mine were overshadowed by the Supreme CBD Durban I had between them. We live - we learn.


I did make that cloner and have it going as we speak. Strait raw water. no additives. Thanks for the write-up on that. I made a little tutorial myself on it.

I added that dome, if for no other reason, to keep them safe from me . lol


We'll kill 'em on the next round, OG, we'll kill 'em with a whopper of a harvest!
