ChemDawg D BX 3

Hey Man the buds look yummy hey I didn't notice the gigantic joint this year
I heard rumor you wasn't gonna do it I guess it was true?
Just busting your balls man I can imagine the yearly choking smoking those lol
Happy New Year Brotha Pc

Thanks, b.real and happy new year to you CHH everybody else too :) I smoked a 4.20 oz. doob on April 20th, 2013 and a 42.0 gram doob on April 20th, 2014. Here's a pic of the one I did last year if that's the one you're talking about:

Here I am the year before:

I'm thinking of trying to melt 4.20 grams of dab this year I was going to do it with an empty 40 gallon aquarium turned upside down and supported on both sides to catch all the vapors I'll cut a piece of cardboard to fit the top of the aquarium then cut a hole the size of my head in that. The second hole I cut will be for the vapors to go up into the aquarium through. I just have to figure out how to melt bigger dabs like that so it don't take me all day :tokin:

there was a video of a massive dab they used a titanium plate
just a thought

I should go with the aquarium idea, get me a bunsen burner setup and a glass bowl big enough to put the 4.20 grams of earwax in, then adjust the height of the bowl to the burner, check the glass bowl with a temp gun (like they did with the titanium plate), and when it's right, throw the whole dab in it and vape, keeping my head in the aquarium until I don't smell anything. :thumb:

shit you may pass out from lack of oxygen
yea I forgot you did the big joint on 420 day lol
I guess gotta wait till next april

The mother rejects, overfed and heat stressed (this other unit I transferred them to puts the light further away, so the heat problem should be solved but damage done):

I know they have about a month to go, but I don't like what I see here:

The mother looks the same except there's pollen everywhere and I haven't had the nerve to open the door except to water and feed it :)

Last Chemdawg D BX 3 clone chopped: Left jar - 1.35 oz. of buds, right jar - .35 oz. cola. Total - 1.7 oz. I smoked 3 fatties from it and by God they were fatties too :tokin:

I'm chopping the next clone of it today :) and a White S1 clone in about 2 days :) All 5 mother rejects, the last two CDDBX3 clones in flower, and the first mother I chose but replaced are under the 600 watt HPS together so I can start growing more weed 'cause dis chimp smokes 'em as fast as he chops 'em!
All aboard the Red Eye Express!!!!! :thumb:

It's in the jar! :tokin:

I only got two plates like that, so I don't think I'll get as much as the one I just chopped. The next clone of this is gonna be getting the chop in about two or three weeks. The smallest clone I have of it is picking up a little; I'll probably take a cutting off the clone I just put into flower about 2 weeks ago. Post more pics soon.....

Yeah, but that's 2 plates of some mighty fine looking bud Chimp. Congrats...
I'll always wonder if the year they corked that bottle was a good one or not.....

Things that make you go :hmmm:

Hee hee a packed house :)
In the lower left is the last CDDBX3 clone to suffer from the bad nutes. It wasn't very bad at first, but deciding not to flush these when I realized what the problem was might not have been the best idea; over time they got worse and the last one is looking bad. In the middle is a small CDDBX3 clone I put into flower not too long ago. The whole right side is the 5 mother rejects showing signs of overfeeding (I'm thinking maybe that Happy Frog is meant as a feeding free medium for plants; nothing I planted in the mix of 1/3 HF to 2/3 SSM#4 and also fed looks healthy). The plant in the back left is the first mother I chose and is showing the same signs of overfeeding but I haven't been giving it much liquid nutes:

The newest CDDBX3 clone to go into the flowering unit:

The first mother I chose, but put aside because it went back into veg when I bumped the timer switch over to continuous pushing the grow unit back into place (my best Homer Simpson impersonation - DOH!!!!!):

This is a general idea of what this breeding project is looking like (lower buds). Not really pretty but pretty frosty, and all of them look alike:

I'll post some more pics soon.

Thanks CHH man I wish I would have been patient on that first mother I know she was a better choice. I can always backtrack and redo generation 5 by saving pollen from the father and revegging the mother. I'm on the fence fifty-fifty on the decision right now; I knew that I would have to do it sooner or later with as few parents as I use each time. The mother of the seeds doesn't have enough hairs :(

Hey Chimp, not bad at all. I can still picture you running around with that hat on your head germinating... LOL

I just noticed that it's been a while since I posted a note or pics here. Everything except the parents in my breeding project and a withered 3" tall CCCBX3 clone is in my night time unit, so I won't take pics now. Here's notes on everything until I get to that.
As I said, the clone is withered; about a 30% chance it'll take, IMHO. The father in the breeding project is dead, as I planned. As soon as the mother had enough pollen, I quit watering it (about 2-3 weeks ago). All of the breeding project has 11 weeks and 1 day of 12/12; even though the original mother went back into veg, it looks almost ready too. And I'm 90% towards the decision of revegging that original mother (using a father from this next generation of seeds) to finish this first part of my project off.
I topped the mother rejects to keep them from getting too tall, but then realized that cutting the plants in half wasn't actually topping them :( They grew big nugs at the end of the secondary branches and most of the stems are weak so the branches are falling over. I guess once a grower starts doing decent at the growing part the next thing comes height and size control, then branch support. I don't have enough bamboo rods so they're leaning all over the place.
The next CDDBX3 clone to chop will be really soon; maybe later this week or sometime next week :) That'll leave me with the one that's been in flower 3 weeks and 5 days.
At this point the only plant I'm going to feed is that last mentioned clone; the small one hasn't taken yet, as I said earlier. And if I don't redo generation 5, I am going to start the second part of this project, which is stabilizing a second strain of Chem D dominant pot to cross with. The second strain is going to be C4DD (an underground breeder named Verdant Green), which if I remember right is an elite Chem D clone mother and a Chem D/Chem 4 cross father (Rez).
Post pics soon.
