ChemDawg D BX 3

Me too but look at how much eye candy I lost between the original and any of the ones I did..... :(

In the original, look how far the frost goes out on the leaves. In the phenos I'm trying, the Afghani/Chem Ds don't have that, and the ones that look like Chem '91 have it a little but are small buds. I'm losing that look to the Chem D buds, I think.

4 weeks and 4 days of 12/12 for this original clone:

Shouldn't put the pics here 'cause I don't want to confuse things, but here's the GDP I am going to CS soon:

looking good, let that gdp go long enough she should purple real nice, on the trich coverage perhaps they need more time, one thing i know helps is adding uvb i got a reptile gro 10.0 24 watt cfl and i noticed a big difference in trichs, also i have noticed the leds have uv & ir that really cranks the frost, and i cant even imagine what the glue is gonna be like with cocoganics and led ----whump------ <----me falling over

Yeah I'm gonna let the GDP go until all the hairs are brown; that should purp it up :)
All 5 of the mother rejects (the mother and father too, actually) have gone their whole life 11 on and 13 off. I thought about it after you mentioned that they need more time. It affects the look of the bud in otrher ways so I imagine it affects the trichome coverage too. Maybe I'll try the UV B spectrum bulb to see what it does. Gorilla Glue #4, meet PotChimp Paste #1! ;)

I think I'm taking two of the mother rejects and putting them in a pre chop dark period tonight. In terms of structure, both of the plants look like everything I've grown that has a chop time of 8-1/2 to 9-1/2 weeks. Today is about 9-1/2 weeks since the first hairs, but a few look like they still need time. I'll pic them later.....

Notes: Damn I keep forgetting to put these down I have a bad case of Bluntus Smokumupakus which I hope not to get over anytime soon but it messes with my short term memory :)

I completely misted both the male and female in the breeding project with RO water yesterday. I opened the door a crack, then kept misting until everything was wet. Then I opened the unit and kept misting everything (the top of the reflector, the walls, the door, etc.). I took the drenched male out and tossed it, then took the female out and turned her upside down, then dunked her into a bucket of room temp tap water. I put a wet rag over the soil before I flipped it over to take up any pollen that would have fallen onto the top of the soil. I shook it off good and put it back under the CFL to dry. I'll clean the unit up in a few days after I mist the plant and soil down again.
The CDDBX3 original clone is at 4 weeks and 5 days of 12/12. That's probably close to the halfway mark. The next one is getting tall but it's not big enough to put into flower yet. I'll get a clone off the top to get it to bush up some soon.
Post more pics soon.....

Monkey do, people see...

:hmmm: Happy 4/20 Chimp, came over to see some bodacious blunt smoking :blunt:

That OTH is dry too :) Took on a gold color. I know it's not 4.20 oz, but I might pull a 42.0 gram doob from it. As far as personal smoke goes I'm down to just about 1/2 to 1/4 oz of TD and that's it, so I got nothing to add. Since it's Easter I should do me a 42.0 gram cross joint..... :Namaste:

Smoke report:
I'm about at the halfway point of this doob and I got to admit, I'm high. My throat is feeling it and the doob flares up in flame if I don't watch how soft I hit it. I wet it with my fingers dabbed in a glass of water around the hots to keep it from doing that and it's working so far. Ashes fall all over the place; doobs like this are messy. The taste is starting to not be too bad after the paper gets soaked with resin; it's kind of sweet with a Haze burn to it. I'm going to take a break for a minute and drink some water then get back to it.
Report more later :thumb:
