CB Dutch Treat Journal, Anne Jones, May 2023

Last Friday, I watered the girls with pH-adjusted water (6.34). No one got hurt.

Today, I fed them. I prepared a gallon of nute solution consisting of:
2 tb. Big Bloom;
1 tb. Grow Big;
2 ts. Terpinator;
.25 ts. CalMag Xtra;
1 tb. Instagreen;
1 tb Wholly Mackerel;
1 ts Boomerang;

the solution was pH-adjusted to 6.3.

Hopefully, I can start training them in a few days.

Feeding day!

I prepared a gallon of nute solution consisting of:
2 tb. Big Bloom;
1 tb. Grow Big;
2 ts. Terpinator;
.125 ts. CalMag Xtra;
1 tb. Instagreen;
1 tb Wholly Mackerel;
1 ts Boomerang;

the solution was pH-adjusted to 6.28.

The girls look happy and healthy! The way they are growing, I'll have to transpot them to 5 gallon pots by the month's end.

I watered the girls, today. The highlight of my day. The pH was adjusted to 6.25. Afterwards, I did a little more LST.

And how was your day?

Feeding day! Today, I mixed a gallon of nute solution, consisting of:
1 tb. Big Bloom;
1 tb. Grow Big;
2 ts. Terpinator;
.25 ts. CalMag Xtra;
2 tb. Molasses;
1 tb. Instagreen;
1 tb. Wholly Mackeral;
1 ts. Boomerang;
.5 ts. Open Sesame.

The pH of this elixir was adjusted to 6.28.

Both girls are getting bushy. I will transpot them as soon as I get another bag of soil.

Enjoy your day!

Yesterday, I watered the girl, using water with a pH of 6.32.

Today, I transpotted both of them into 5 gallon cloth pots. I used FF Ocean Forest. I added a quart of water to the soil when the pots were have filled with soil. After transpotting the plants, I added another quart of water to each pot (pH: 6.28).

Today, I watered the girls, using water with a pH of 6.32. I also trained them.

I added a little more soil to Annie's pot. Her 'cylinder of soil' from the last cloth pot was sticking out a little to much.

Fed the girls tonight. It wasn't fun.

I prepared three gallons of nute solution, using:
3 tb Big Bloom;
3 tb Grow Big;
2 tb Terpinator;
.75 ts CalMag Xtra;
3 tb Instagreen;
3 tb Wholly Mackerel;
1 tb Boomerang;
1.5 ts Open Sesame.

I fed the girls until there was significant runoff. It was at this time that I realized I never adjusted the pH. Checking the pH (closing the barn door after the friggin' horses got out), I saw the pH was about 4.8.

PANIC!!!!!!!!

I decided to give the girls a mini flush. Each received about five gallons of water with an adjust pH of 8.5. Let's see what happens, shall we?

Feeding day!

I prepared three gallons of nute solution, consisting of:
3 tb Big Bloom;
2 tb Grow Big;
2 tb Tiger Bloom;
6 tb Terpinator;
.5 ts CalMag Xtra;
3 tb Instagreen;
1.5 ts Open Sesame;
1 tb Boomerang.

I adjusted the pH of this broth to 6.32 and slowly poured it out to the plants thirsty roots.

I changed the lighting in the tent from 18/6 to 12/12. Ibn a week, or sop, I will do the super-training on the girls.

Have a good evening, everyone!

Where was I...?

Last Tuesday, I watered the girls. Each took about 5 quarts of water (pH 6.34). Following this, I lollipopped the both of them. For some reason, I did not cut as much as I normally do. I'll discuss it with my therapist next week...

Today was feeding day. I prepared three gallons of nute solution, consisting of:
3 tb Big Bloom;
2 tb Grow Big;
2 tb Tiger Bloom;
6 tb Terpinator;
.75 ts CalMag Xtra;
3 tb Instagreen;
1.5 ts Open Sesame;
1 tb Boomerang.

The pH was adjusted to 6.28.

Annie and Jennie are both looking very healthy and happy. No visible problems. Don't believe me? Look for yourself!

Watered Annie and Jennie today. The water was adjusted to a pH of 6.34.

And the girls are just beginning to flower! Pistils are forming all over. I shall perform super-training on them this weekend.

I was supposed to have fed the girls on Thursday. I screwed up and watered them, using water with a pH of 6.3. No big deal, so we'll move on.

Today, I super-trained them; please advise me if I'm using the wrong term for what I did. I bent/snapped each stalk at least twice. I overdid a few stalks (pretty much the first ones). The few that I broke were quickly repaired with painter's tape and a splint (toothpicks).

The girls are big and healthy. I hope they will not be too big for their tent as they flower. *

On August 10th, I watered the girl, using water with a pH of 6.34.

Today, I fed them. Prepared three gallons of nute solution, consisting of:
3 tb Big Bloom;
2 tb Grow Big;
2 tb Tiger Bloom;
6 tb Terpinator;
3 tb Instagreen;
.75 ts CalMag Xtra;
1.5 ts Open Sesame;
3 ts Boomerang.

On August 16th, I watered the girl, using water with a pH of 6.30.

Today, I fed them. Prepared three gallons of nute solution, consisting of:
3 tb Big Bloom;
2 tb Grow Big;
2 tb Tiger Bloom;
6 tb Terpinator;
3 tb Instagreen;
.75 ts CalMag Xtra;
1.5 ts Open Sesame;
3 ts Boomerang.

pH was adjusted to 6.29.

enjoy your weekend, everyone!

On 8/22, I watered the girls, using water with a pH of 6.28

Today, I made three gallons of nute solution, consisting of:
3 tb of Big Bloom;
2 tb of Grow Big;
2 tb of Tiger Bloom;
6 tb Terpinator;
.75 ts CalMag Xtra;
3 tb Instagreen;
1.5 tb Beasty Bloom;
1 tb Boomerang.

Annie and Jennie always took about the same amount of nute solution in the past. Today, Annie took just under a gallon while Jennie took nearly five quarts. Other than that, there is no different between the two regarding size and color. The pistils are big and plentiful. The palm leaves seem a little dark and waxy (just a little) and they're drooping a little. I will skip the nitrogen supplement at the next feeding.

Kirk out.

Watered the girls, using water with a pH of 6.32.

I noticed that Jenny (the CBS Cream & Cheese) already has some amber pistols. Seems a little young to me; the site where I bought them from, The Seedfair, said that flowering starts between eight and ten weeks. Okay, that's on schedule.

Jenny's buds, however, look pretty small. I'm afraid that they won't grow much in the next few weeks.

On 8/22, I watered the girls, using water with a pH of 6.28

On 8/25, I made three gallons of nute solution, consisting of:
3 tb of Big Bloom;
2 tb of Grow Big;
2 tb of Tiger Bloom;
6 tb Terpinator;
.75 ts CalMag Xtra;
3 tb Instagreen;
1.5 tb Beasty Bloom;
1 tb Boomerang.

I adjusted to pH to 6.34 and fed. All went well. Each of the girls took just over a gallon each before there was runoff.

On 8/28, I watered them, using water with a pH of 6.30.

Today, I watered them (thinking today was Thursday). I made three gallons of nute solution, consisting of:
3 tb of Big Bloom;
2 tb of Grow Big;
2 tb of Tiger Bloom;
6 tb Terpinator;
3 tb Instagreen;
1.5 tb Beasty Bloom;
1 tb Boomerang.

I adjusted the mix to a pH of 6.33. Annie and Jenny each took just under a gallon before there was runoff.

Afterwards, I gave each of the girls a haircut, removing popcorn buds and thinning out thick balls of leaves.

Buds are coming in nicely. Jenny, the CBD Cream & Cheese smells wonderful.

I'm happy.

Watered the girls on September 2nd, using water with a pH of 6.29.

Today, I fed them with a gallon batch of nutes consisting of:
3 tb of Big Bloom;
2 tb of Grow Big;
2 tb of Tiger Bloom;
6 tb Terpinator;
3 tb Instagreen;
1.5 tb Beasty Bloom;
1 tb Boomerang.

the pH to this soup was adjusted to 6.34

I am concerned that the two plants have bloomed too soon. The pistils are amber and the trichomes are a little cloudy. These plants are about 3.5 months old. They're not autos! And their buds are still young and small.

Any advice? Words of encouragement?

Last Friday (September 8th) I flushed the girls. For each, I mixed sixteen gallons of water with 3 tablespoons of Flawless Finis. Adjusted the pH to 6.30 and let 'em have it. All went well.

Today, I prepared three gallons of nute solution, consisting of:
3 tb of Big Bloom;
2 tb of Grow Big;
2 tb of Tiger Bloom;
6 tb Terpinator;
3 tb Instagreen;
1.5 tb Beasty Bloom.

the pH to this soup was adjusted to 6.30. Each of the girls took just over a gallon before there was runoff. Didn'tv see any problems with the plants, so that's a good thing.
