Dr. Trevor's Blue Dream: Cagney and Lacey

Last night I watered the girls, adding 1/2 ts of Cal Mag to two gallons of water. Adjusted the pH.

Cagney and Lacey each took about seven cups before there was run off. Things are looking good for them.

Tonight I prepared 2.5 gallons of nute solution consisting of:
5 tb. of molasses;
3.5 tb Terpinator;
3/4 ts Cal Mag;
5 tb Big Bloom;
5 ts Grow Big.

Cagney and Lacey were each fed a little at a time until there was run-off (about a half gallon each).

I pulled a half gallon of this aside and added a 1/4 teaspoon of Beastie Bloom. I slowly fed this to Louise. Afterwards, I fed her the other solution until there was run off.

Thelma was fed the 'regular' solution until there was runoff.

The soil was very dry in all the plants. The temperature in the tent had reached eighty degrees and the RH was down to 34%. I turned down the grow light a little and put the humidifier back in the tent.

Lacey also has some brown spots on her leaves (see attached). I assume they are from a magnesium deficiency.

Thoughts and opinions would be appreciated.

Should've watered the girls last night but I didn't. Stupid summer cold...

I watered them tonight; their soil was a dry as bone.

Last night I prepared 3 gallons of nute solution consisting of:
6 tb. of molasses;
2 tb Terpinator;
3/4 ts Cal Mag;
6 tb Big Bloom;
5 ts Grow Big;
1.5 ts Open Sesame.

I'll be transpotting the girls to five gallon pots as soon as I get the soil.

Today, I fed the girls. Their soil held a lot of water from the transpotting.

I prepared a gallon of nute solution for each of them, consisting of:
1 tb Big Bloom;
1 tb Grow Big;
1 tb Terpinator (actually too much; my bad)
.25 ts cal/mag;
.5 ts Open Sesame.

The solution was pH adjusted to 6.26.

Cagney has had a growth spurt in her new pot. She wonders where Lacey is; I don't have the heart to tell her.

Watered all the girls tonight as well as adjusted the wires for their LST. All are doing well.

Each took in about five quarts of pH-adjusted water. All are looking happy and healthy.

Fed Cagney and Laxceytoday!
I prepared four gallons of nute solution, consisting of:
3tb Big Bloom;
3tb Grow Big;
2.5tb Terpinator;
1ts CalMag;
.5tb Open Sesame;
.5 cup molasses.

pH was balanced to 2.4

the girls took about five quarts of solution, each, before there was runoff.

I noticed the fan leaves were folding, with their 'teeth' pointing upwards. If the problem is gone in a day, I'll assume the girls need a little more water.

Prepared four gallons of nute solution, using:
4 tb Big Bloom;
2.6 tb Grow Big;
2.6 tb Tiger Bloom;
.5 cup molasses;
2.6tb Terpinator;
1 ts CalMag Xtra;
2 ts Open Sesame.

pH was adjusted to 6.24.

Cagney and Lacey took about five quarts before there was run-off.

Mentioned on another thread, Cagney has drooping leaves that turn upward (see photos). Someone suggested root rot. While I don't leave the pots in puddles of water, I decided to lift Cagney off her drip tray with a handful of plastic corks. We'll see if it makes a difference.

Okay... On August 16th I flushed the girls; I just forgot to write it up here. I used 15 gallons of water mixed with 7.5 ts of Bush Doctor Sledgehammer. pH was adjusted to about 6.25.

Today was feeding day. I prepared a four gallon nute solution, consisted of:
4 tb Big Bloom;
2.6 tb Grow Big;
2.6 tb Tiger Bloom;
.5 cup molasses;
2.6tb Terpinator;
1 ts CalMag Xtra;
2 ts Open Sesame.

pH was adjusted to 6.24.

Each of the girls took about five quarts of solution before there was run off. Both seem healthy-looking though Cagney still looks droopy. And I found more fallen leaves in her pot than I normally do.

More on this as the story develops.

Today was watering day! Lacey took about five quarts of water (pH: 6.25) before there was run off. Cagney took six quarts, a big leap from previous waterings/feedings. Lacey drank five quarts.

I changed the lighting schedule to be 12/12. The girls are getting a little crowded in their tent and I'd like to pull on the reigns of their growth.

Today was feeding day. I prepared a four gallon nute solution, consisted of:
4 tb Big Bloom;
2.6 tb Grow Big;
2.6 tb Tiger Bloom;
.3 cup molasses;
2.6 tb Terpinator;
1 ts CalMag Xtra;
2 ts Open Sesame.

pH was adjusted to 6.26.

Cagney's wilted leaf problem only seems to affect the leaves in her top half.

the tent is getting crowded.

Feeding time at the house!
Today, I made 4.5 gallons of nute solution consisting of:
3.5. tb. Big Bloom;
3tb. Grow Big;
3tb. Tiger Bloom;
1.25 ts CalMag.

things are looking good here.

I'm now thinking I should not try growing four plants in my 4'x4'x6.5' tent. Three should be the limit.

Cagney and Lacey was watered today. They each took about 5.5 quarts of pH-adjusted water (5.5) before there was drainage. Pistils are forming and I am happy!!!

I am concerned that my tent will not be big enough for my three girls.

Today was feeding day! Hooray!

I prepared five gallons of nute solution for the girls, consisting if:
5 tbs of Big Bloom;
3.3 tb Grow Big;
3.3 tb Tiger Bloom;
.5 cup molasses;
1.25 ts cal/mag;
10 tb terpinator.

The girls are all looking healthy. Pistils are growing everywhere!

Due to height limitations in my grow-tent, I started HST on Lacey. And only Lacey as she's a bitch! In doing so, I probably reduced the plant's height by four or five inches.

See photos...
