I'm loving the BD smoke too, it's my go-to during the day also. She tastes great, and lasts a good while - a hazy dream to be sure. :Love: I'm super excited that you give PTW high marks, as she is making some really huge buds for such a little plant -and I need a night time smoke so badly. Care the PTW has the hardest buds I have ever grown by far... a tiny nug bust up to a huge blunt and after a good cure she is still so sticky and it is certainly a 1 hit wonder... On Broke Ass's smoke chart she is an easy 8+ and the buzz is by far my favorite I have grown and is the first that I have ever reordered the same bean on... I really really really like this one and ohhhh the eatables I have made out of the butter are by far the best in helping me with some of the MS issues too... I hope you like it as much as I do or i'm going to feel kinda silly but it really kicks my azz...:).....:circle-of-love:

As I was reading your post, (smoking BD) my smile kept getting wider, and wider, and wider ... right till the end. I'm so excited now. :cheertwo: I'm now thinking reveg in the windowsill so I can take cuttings :) :circle-of-love:

Check out this Candlandjust a few minutes before chop. I cut the whole plant and hung it, and will get some pics next week when trimming. She's not in this journal, but I'll get some natural light pics to show true color, but these aren't too far off.

Candyland, Flowered for Nine weeks under PAR-Force LED, but did get some HPS wash from adjacent lighting. Big really purple swollen calyx...love this look.

Carestaker, now that I have my germination technique down pat & won't waste good beans anymore what do you think is a good purp strain to order? I'm looking for the maximum high not the stoned couch lock.

Yup. ACE is the Place. :) That one is definitely on my list - just have to work the schedule. I think she's a Spring drop for me - let her germ and veg in the winter, and flower from Jan/Feb to summertime.

If you can work the longer flower time, GT has offered a great suggestion. I haven't grown any of the Purps or Urks, so I don't know about them, and many purple strains seem to be Indi doms. Candyland is the most UP purple strain that I've grown to date, she's 75% Sativa. There's some stoned contentment at the end, but it's very UP for an hour or two. Spicy White Devil is also very UP and present, 65% Sativa. My Strawberry Blue was grown in higher temps, so she didn't purple for me, but should would if she was kept a bit cooler - also good energy. I'd love to try a Purple Thai, but she also has a long flower time 18wks or so. Needed some beans anyway - thanks for putting me on the hunt BAR :volcano-smiley:
 
Everything I just ordered are autos... Still had a bunch of fem beans in the box but the most potent purple anything I have grown is the Purple Trainwreck but I think you might call it couch lock and so is the Blue Moster Holk but you might want to look at the Crazy Miss Hyde... She stomps my butt but doesn't sit me down and I can focus and she was a beautiful girl growing and very much so had the purple hues and she really makes my head space a much better place to be.....:circle-of-love:

I've seen some crazy nice Auto grows lately, yours included. :Love:
Love me some Samsara beans - I was going to say Green Love Potion, which purpled quite nicely - but like she had maybe too much indica to recommend to BAR for daytime. I forgot about their CMH. I've never grown it, but have wanted to. Looks like BAR has another to add to his research list. :) Something about the beauty of a purple plant, it just brings me joy, I don't know why.
