I'm wearing heels next.
I dry for a day or two in the open, and then do the oven, 200-225F for 15-20 minutes. I'll grind them up, and it's not bad tasting if the buds are not over nuted. Like last night, I took a BD and ASD branch, trimmed them, separated the floral clusters, and set them out. I'll pop em in the oven tonight, and will grind them up. Someone's gotta do it.

Sure thing D, I'll check it out.
My example of BD is a bit different from what many may think of as BD. My girl is very Blueberry-leafed, which is not the 'norm'.
After I took her out from under the LED today I was shocked at how blue she is.... leaves and all.... they may look a bit more alike than I originally thought...

I think BD is about done. I'll look at her again tonight, and might take her if the mood strikes.
Kush is close too, about 5% amber...still on the fence with her. Might pull her this weekend.
HG69 is not forgotten, she's fading nicely, and is frosting up. I'll get some pix.
ASD is still swelling slightly, and hasn't stopped drinking, so it looks like she needs another week.
The runty CL is looking the same as ASD.
Harvest targets as of now:
BD, today, 61 days flower, 68 of 12/12
Kush, Sat, 61 days flower, 71 of 12/12
HG69, Sat 64 days flower, 71 of 12/12
ASD 4/15, 68 days flower, 75 of 12/12
CL 4/15, 68 days flower, 75 of 12/12
There's some girls in Veg including a Purp Trainwreck.

Harvest: Blue Dream from HSO, 61 days flower, 68 of 12/12
I decided to take the Blue dream down a bit early, at 61 days. It's my first grow with her, and I read that pulling early is important to keep the aromas intact. I guess we'll see. I pulled her with about 15% clear, 80% Milkey, and 5% amber give or take. Her tops started to darken a bit, so she was starting to get that ripe look. She won't however weigh as much as I was hoping for. I was hoping she'd be about 200+, but it looks like she will only go 150-175 or so. I think that this is mainly due to my light feeding, which I will modify for the next Blue Dream (clone), who is about 17" right now. She will get 12ml/gal max feed, instead of 8ml max feed. The effect is very nice, and the taste is great too. I hope it stays that way
Today will be their third day hang-drying in completely closed cardboard boxes (no vents ~65% RH), and I'm going to trim them, after they dry. Sugar leafs were left on, fans were pulled. Pics of trimmed buds soon!
She yellowed out nicely.
Master Kush (Money Maker) Greenhouse, Sat, 61 days flower, 71 of 12/12
I don't care for Greenhouse much, but these genetics are quite nice. She's easy, and productive. The smoke is already a knock out. She's getting the chop right now. She started to yellow just slightly, which is enough for a Kush-like plant that typically stays green, and she dried up a bit. I like to see them yellow and withered at harvest.
The HG69, ASD, and CL will come down on Wed. The ASD is the real deal. Outstanding smoke.

You're right behind me, oh, happy Spring at last! Blue Dream, good density, excellent extension, and consistent large head formation.
Amherst Sour D, a purple tipped calyx. I'm pretty sure every girl this run has some purple trichs.

BD is dry, and lighter than I thought at 151g. A bit of a disappointment in the weight, but I fed very lightly, and am very happy with the quality. There's a lot more that this plant could do - so I'm running her clone in the next run. She will be fed at a higher rate, and will be trained to branch more. I'll be doing the same with the Sour - which is the best smoke of the run so far. Kush is drying, and Sour is coming down soon. Peace and love!

Beautiful plant, and she stinks like crazy. I've had to up my odor countermeasures a bit. In the heat of summer these must be impossible to keep 'quiet'. I have a really nice clone of her ready to go in, so I guess I'll find out.
The effect from this plant is strongly uplifiting and cerebral, yet focused and mellow. This is the real deal, and if you're partial to Sour, grab some of these seeds. Very impressive. I won't have time to do smoke reports for all 5 strains of this run, but I'll do the best of the bunch - and ASD will definitely be in there.
